I ordered a pair of earphones from Ampcity late one Friday morning very successfully. The site is easy to navigate, prices are exceptional and P&P charges are appropriate.

Later in the afternoon, I received a phonecall from a nice gentleman from Ampcity to advise that there was a discrepency in the stock levels and that the item I had order was not in stock. I was given the option of waiting for the arrival of new stock of my earphones or to be upgraded to the newer model for no extra charge due to the inconvenienced caused.

I thought that this gesture was extremely nice of them and an unexpectedly great step in customer service which is sorely lacking in these times.

Would not hesitate to recommend Ampcity to anyone.

Product came next day with first class post as expected. I'm reasonably happy with the REZero earphones. However, no product instructions or sheet was included so I called to ask a few questions e.g., what is the strip of black dots (filters?) and how are they used? They said the info sheet from the manufacturer was in Chinese and not yet translated. They didn't know but would look into it and email me a response......still waiting.

Easy to use website with a good amount of information about their products. Good communication when you buy something (order confirmation and confirmation when goods are shipped). Very fast shipment and robust packaging. Goods come with invoice. I am very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Ampcity is the only place in Europe where You can buy Audio-Gd products. Fact is that sometimes shipping from China to Europe can last very long. Sometimes something goes wrong, like in my case, Factory in China had a delay and I had to wait for my gear. Ampcity guys were always there to calm me down, they even pay for my shipping! ;o) Another superb thing is that they really know what they are selling, they know which gear will play well . Ampcity staff is passionate about hi – fi and music,, that’s sure. Best recommendation is that I would buy from Ampcity once more.

One of the few UK stockists for my headman headphones at a very competitive price. Easy to pay and delivery was super speedy. Well packaged and item is excellent. Like the fact that reviews from specialist forums were linked to on the product page. Can't find any fault.

Ordering was a breeze, website easy to navigate with great information. Ordered the item, basically came the next day, very well packaged and perfect. Will order from ampcity again (just don't tell the wife :-).

Ordered Augio-GD NFB-3 and everything was perfectly packed. Communication with seller was really excellent, response time was always within few hours.

All went OK. I would have liked to get the track and trace number but the shipping itself was fast so it was not that important to have the track number after all.
A bigger selection of goods in the shop would also be nice, but what I needed they could offer me.

Ordered Audio-GD REF 7 a month ago and received the item as ordered (except for the wrong power cord). Communication with the seller was excelent and the product which I never had chance to audition before sings as promised.
