Couldn't care less about customers
I have never shopped at an online store that could care less about its customers. My order arrived damaged because they package breakable items in packets. There is a returns and refunds section in their website which serves absolutely no function at all. There is an online chat support feature where I managed to speak to someone about my problem twice and twice someone promised to send a replacement but twice lied and I have never heard from them again. They will get your order to you but don't care about how items are packaged, Don't care about you if items are damaged. Don' care about sending refunds and have no problems lying to about sorting things out.

Amazing quality. Very good customer service
After being let down by a vendor I ordered a last minute Eid outfit from Amsons. They advised me to use next day guaranteed delivery which I did. I got my abaya just in time for Eid celebrations and the quality is amazing. Will definitely shop more.

Given incorrect item
Received my order really quickly which I appreciate but I didn't receive the correct items and was given another one. When I paid for 2 but had been given a worse alternative with no notes. I did email them but I'm yet to receive a response so I'm kind of disappointed with that since I was planning on giving those items as a gift.

Shilajit seems to be fake
No additional information regarding the shilajit that they sell, they don’t provide any lab tests or information on heavy metals content and you don’t even know if it’s authentic other than the “100% pure and genuine” text written on the box without any evidence to show for it. Would not recommend you buy shilajit from here you’d rather buy from somewhere else that can provide lab tests to authenticate their products

Visited the Birmingham branch a week…
Visited the Birmingham branch a week and half ago... And i found everything to be very expensive and badly managed.
Also had a problem with an item (electric bakhoor) I purchased.
I followed the instructions on the leaflet charged it fully and it would not work so I rang the shop to explain to one of the brothers who answered the call only to tell me I havnt followed the instructions and probably not doing it right.
He didn't seem interested to help or offer a replacement/refund which I think Is very bad customer service especially when I've just spent just short of £300.00 in total.
I personally wouldn't be visiting this shop again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Everything I brought was so much cheaper on amazon.

Products being badly managed... this is very rare to hear, we have over 15 staff working just in our one store, and they have responsibility to take care of their own departments in the store.
