Item arrived quickly and was packaged with two layers of protection which I liked.

The only negative is the personalised lettering only put the first letter in capital when I typed it all in capitals, but I think I like this change better so I'm happy with it.

Amazingly responsive, even at the weekend! Went far beyond what I thought possible by following a design I sent in, checking that everything was exactly right (when I had made a mistake!) and then producing and posting it all within a day or two. This company is very easy to liaise with and quick to respond. The six embroidered hankies (two designs) will make a lovely present. They are very pretty and delicately packaged in a box.

The item I bought was perfect. But the checkout operation was very confusing, quite a pain really.
