Excellent customer service!
Bought a handkerchief and pocket square for the first time from this vendor. Loved the handkerchief, but was a bit disappointed by the pocket square. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new one quickly, without hassle, and at no extra charge. Excellent customer service and affordable prices! 10/10 would recommend to anyone :)

I bought an embroidered tea towel as a gift for friends, it arrived quickly and was exactly as shown in the pictures. I was 1 character over the limit with my personalisation but this was accommodated which I am grateful for.
