I had the best expierience ever! I ordered a lot and the one thing came damaged, so i wrote an email to the customer service. I sent them pictures and they were so great and friendly. They solve my problem and I am very happy. The nicest customer service ever!

I am based in the UK and recently tried to order a number of items on the ABH US website for sending internationally to the U.K. Initially my order was placeD but had the wrong country in the delivery address which was promptly amended by ABH. Then my order was subsequently cancelled by ABH (no explanation given). I tried to place another order but when I select my address from the address finder it allows me to click it but doesn’t put in the U.K. and I am then unable to select the United Kingdom from their drop down list of countries as it doesn't appear. So I cannot place the order. There are products available on the US website which aren’t available in the U.K. Customer service did respond promptly but ultimately said I cannot order from their US Website, only their U.K. website. Unhappy. It is strange as I ordered previously from their US website over the summer and received the order in the U.K., but now I cannot order from ABH in the same way.

I ordered brow products from ABH and was told it was delivered to my address by UPS but I never received the parcel. I tried to contact ABH through their website where you have to fill in a form, I have done this 3x but all I get is an automated response email. There is no other way to contact them, not even a phone number to get speaking to an agent. My issue has still not been resolved. I had high expectations from this company but obviously they have let me down.

Great shopping experience as I received my order without any issues but I didn't receive any email updates regarding my order status and I wasn't bothered as my order came out the blue and it was soo quick.

Anastasia Beverly Hills sent me missing 2 items, but instead of sending me back those products, they forced me to repurchase myself even though it's not my fault. This is my first time buying from them, will they miss my item at the next time? I am extremely disappointed, hurt of ABH. Anyway, thank you ABH's customer service department for the promptness even though I'm not satisfied with their resolution.

Bought a pomade in ebony lately and found out that the texture is not the same... it seems like the texture became more transparent and I can not make proper hair strokes any more... I thought, hmm maybe i need to give it sometime but I am using it for a few months now and it is a struggle for me every day...

Really happy with the service from AB! My order appears to have gotten lost on its way to me in the UK, so I emailed AB's customer service team. Within an hour or two I had a response - after confirming that it did indeed apear to be lost, they offered me a full refund and sent me the link to the UK site for the same product I had wanted, so I could rebuy. The refund was done immediately, and I have since rebrought the product in the UK. Very happy! Thanks, team!

Orders are delivered very quickly. The customer service is super responsive and efficient, which is very effective when ordering in a country and a language that are not his (I am French). I have already ordered several times on the ABH UK website and I will do it again without hesitation. Thanks to all the teams.

Very unhappy customer have sent emails which have bounced back also filled in online contact form few times also bounced back to me. Paid over £50 for a makeup palette set and one of the shadows is smashed to pieces. Left no choice but to contact card provider. Very poor service won’t be using your company again!

The delivery of my order went wrong, and it took me a long time to get through because I think my order was lost.. but when I DID get through they’re service is second to none. So efficient and professional through their email service. I only got through to two of their advisors but they were both faultless and I will be coming back to order more thanks to them. Just takes a while to get through xx

I had an issue with getting a free gift because of some kind of glitch online and when I contacted the customer service via email they were absolutely fantastic so polite apologetic and sorted the issue for me very swiftly I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future such a pleasure to deal with x
