ABH Customer care assisted me so quickly, wish to say a big thank you!

I'm french, sorry in advance for my English. I dealt with the anastasia beverly hills after-sales service 2 times. The first time I received the norvina palette with many broken eyeshadows, I got the full refund. The second time, a item (a brush) was missing, they sent it back to me asap without questioning my statements. One of the best after sales service !! Thank you !

I ordered some products from them and one of those products (dream glow kit) came broken. I send an email asking for a new one or a refund on Wednesday and I still don’t have a reply. On their site it states that it takes up to 24hours for a respons so I’m worried.

Edit: Everything is fine now. They handled the situation very well.

In general good service, parcel was delivered perfectly but I have a problem contacting the customer service about my order. I was meant to get a free liquid glow with my order and it doesn’t appear in my order.

I am glad to say that when I finally managed to get hold of them they sent me my free liquid glow. Very impressed with the good service. Thank you

Very good customer service! I received a damaged item and they send a new one with express delivery so it didn't takr nore than 2 days to receive a new one! Love the products also :)

I am having dreadful problems with ABH Cosmetics. Still not resolved. I have ordered over £250 worth of goods, the money was immediately deducted from account and the items have been lost. Despite emailing the company, no goods, replacement or refund issued as yet. This is the first time was have used this company and the order was for a teenagers special birthday. Very disappointing and upsetting and frustrating.

11/05/20- My matter is now resolved to a satisfactory conclusion. I have been issued with a part refund for all the inconvenience caused. This took some time and emails going back and forth but we have our order now and the items are amazing and packaging and design outstanding.

Had a problem with 1/4 products I received this morning in the post. Got in contact with ABH immediately via email and Jodie from
Customer Service was absolutely amazing in getting everything resolved and me happy again. Prompt responses and smooth solution. Thanks Jodie and ABH. Can’t wait to use my products!

Excellent! Good products & service.

I ordered while ABH had a crazy sale on and was really excited for my items to arrive. Sadly the two main items were not in my box as the box was tampered on arrival and placed outside the gate my house. I spoke to customer service and explained to them what had happen and was extremely disappointed with my first experience it daunted me to ever to purchase again with ABH but the complaint was dealt with on the same day and new items to be sent out. I was not expecting it. I was awaiting horrible long procedured emails and dreadful ones but they exceeded expectations. Thank you ABH team for helping! Can not fault you, for your amazing customer service and fast response especially in the covid-19 pandemic!!

The customer service was absolutely amazing after the postal service misdelivered my parcel and couldn't locate it for me. Not only did ABH customer service immediately phone them and have the situation fixed on the same day but through all the confusion they even prepared a new order to replace the items. Absolutely amazing service especially in the times we are in right now, would absolutely recommend ordering through them.

I ordered the Nicole Guerriero palette but it arrived broken, I contacted ABH customer service and they were amazing! I took a photo of my broken product as they requested and they immediately replaced it. Their customer service has been amazing, they dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. Thank you

I got the new Amrezy palette yesterday, everything worked perfectly.
In few days (less than a week) I sent my first email informing the received damaged palette (see other review) and received back the intact palette.
I need to mention that it was my first online order to ABH but it will not be the last one for sure, with this perfect customer care service :-)
Ultra fast on the email reply, on delivery and on solving the problem.

Great quality of products and great service! I did order ABH cosmetics from their online shop several times. Last one order was missed by courier company. I did contact ABH and they did send a new one item by express post. Yestearday I did get also that missed package (after 2 month). I did contact ABH to inform about this and they kindly offered to leave it. I love all the products I did try so much. And I love how the guys from customer service work!

I recieved my Amrezy pallete today and it unfortunately arrived damaged. I sent photos to ABH and they replied within half an hour confirming they had sent a replacement. Even though the replacement hasn't yet arrive I am very impressed with their customer service and the prompt response that I got from the team! Super impressed.
