Amazing service.
Had an issue with my order and it was solved within minutes. Very polite customer service

Amazing! Not only is the quality of products great, the customer care team is very helpful! I have ordered a palette vault and one of the palettes had a broken eyeshadow. After sending them email with pictures, I was assured that another palette is on its way and, indeed, the same day I have received an email confirming that a new palette has been sent. I have received my palette very quickly, this one is perfect :) very pleasant experience, I highly recommend.

Really impressed with the customer service, my order arrived with a slightly damaged item (cracked eyeshadow) and the very same day my issue was resolved by agent named Daniel and I was sent a replacement. For the time of the year and it being just after New Year, I am really pleased with how it was handled - very professional and unlike other online retailers who take days between each email, and question you if you find an item unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately my order got lost on the way by DHL. After contacting the customer service I quickly received a replacement without any problems. Thanks again for the friendly and uncomlicated help.

I love ABH and have been purchasing from them for many years without any issues. This year, I placed a Black Friday order that included a deal where you received a free magnetic palette with the purchase of 6 single shadows. The palette showed as in my basket throughout the payment process until I received my order completion where it was not included in my item list.
I contacted customer services immediately to make sure that it would be included in my order. They responded very quickly stating that they would look into this for me. Unfortunately, when my order arrived the magnetic glitter palette was missing. I simply replied to the original email I sent enquiring as to whether it would be included and was told that a replacement would be sent out. I received the palette just a few days later.
The customer service team was great and always replied quickly. If you have never ordered from ABH before I wouldn’t let the negative reviews put you off.

I ordered two items for Black Friday and only one of them came. I called customer service and she immediately ordered me a replacement with expedited shipping. She was so kind and handled the situation quickly. Could not have asked for better customer service!

Received a wrong eyeshadow palette from what i ordered. Then they immediately responded to my email and sent the right item straight away! Thank you very much ABH!!

I am so impressed with the customer service I have been provided, my order arrived with a damaged item (assuming the couriers fault rather than ABH) and the very next day my issue was resolved! For the time of the year and it being just after Black Friday I honestly can’t believe how quickly my issue got resolved. I understand mistakes can happen but it was all handled so professionally.... 100% recommend!

I love ABH. I regularly purchase high end skincare and makeup products but I'm new to this brand. And I am not disappointed. I have purchased everything from liquid foundation, brushes and blush and love it all. But, the real surprise was the excellent customer service e.g. before I made my first purchase, the gentleman I spoke to couldn't be more helpful and answered my query. My orders have been processed and dispatched quickly and I have received them 24hrs after the dispatch notification. This week, I ordered a number of items including bronzer. Everything was perfect except for the bronzer which had been damaged in transit. I took some photos of the entire order to show all was well with those as well as the damaged item and attached them to an email to the customer service team last night. First thing this morning, I received an email of apology (these things happen but the team are SO nice) to advise a replacement has been dispatched. This company sells products that are of an exceptionally high quality. What's rare here is the customer service exceeds expectations. If you are considering shopping with this brand, go for it - you will not be disappointed.

When I received my order today 2 items were missing. This was inconvenient as it was meant to be a gift. Anyway, I contacted customer service about this. Maybe 20 minutes later I received a reply saying they'll send the two items to me with express shipping. I was quite impressed as other companies usually take a few days to sort something like this out.

My parcel received at the wrong place and abh did everything to help me and now it finally received! I love the custumer service!

I am a big fan of the products.
Even the customer care is amazing, always friendly to help & they answer quick.

I bought the palette norvina vol 3 for my girlfriend. the parcel was visibly opened and dented by the courier. opening it seemed intact instead of the gift delivery my girlfriend noticed that the palette will not close properly and that some colors were scratched and touched ... the more the palette produced a plastic noise, as if there was something broken inside. I immediately wrote to customer service that they were super efficient and immediately resolved the inconvenience. it was the first time I bought from abh and I think it won't be the last!

Extremely upset with the service I have received. There was a buy one get one free offer and I bought myself a mini liquid lipstick set. Instead of sending two I have only received one. Not only that but the delivery services is atrocious. I’ve being on the phone to UPS all week and have left numerous notes for the delivery driver to leave my delivery in a safe place as I work 7 days a week which was ignored repeatedly. Absolutely shocked and upset at this service will never order again. Have tried to get in contact with Customer services but I’m finding it very difficult to find contact information. I wouldn’t advise anyone purchase on their website as it’s just not worth the hassle.

Online order issues which were out of ABH's control were dealt with once pressed, and very politely.

My parcel hadn't been returned to ABH from the click and collect location as expected. Once pressed they contacted the delivery service and my order was sent directly to my home. Given the nature of the issues with the delivery service, I was pleasantly surprised.

I was very happy with the help I was offered at the customer service. After I had recived a broken item, within a day they had managed to take in my problem and offered me a free replacement of my broken pallet.

Excellent customer service! I ordered from their American site and missed delivery so the item was sent back to them. After contacting them to my surprise they'd replaced the item for me and sent it all free! Was not expecting that at all and I can honestly say the best customer service I have received for ages. Their products are brilliant too.
