I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nissan Eltham, thanks to Martin. We had our children with us, including our baby, and he made us feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. He was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Unlike other well-known dealerships I’ve visited, he never made us feel pressured or rushed. Martin took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything clearly, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. It was genuinely a pleasant experience from start to finish. Ghastly experience today. Turned up as arranged with Skoda for service/MOT to be told my service contract could not be honoured as they are no longer officially Skoda. Great.
A letter would have been good explaining the situation, a phone call maybe, what did we get? An email after the booking that went in to junk. Contract has transferred to Drift Bridge Garage apparently, who tell me the transfer is a mess. I could have told them that. Now waiting in reception having wasted a day - even the coffee machines don’t work here.

Epsom sncastervterriblecexperience worst I’ve ever had from non returned unanswered calls slow responses a long drawn out process figures on car finance were tweaked so thst the garage took more money than they should from us the car salesman didn’t have a clue what he was doing and had to keep referencing back to others for help or referring us we begged them for updates in total from purchase to end it took 4 months I would never recommend this garage and the staff lack training knowledge and bare customer skills whatever is going there I just don’t know.

When my Enyaq air conditioning and heating failed (again!) in September I booked with Ancaster central booking system. 'Can Epsom (once Allams) do this job, as not every main dealer has the required machinery?' I asked. I was told they could. Was given an early November booking. (the best they could manage. The car is under guarantee and I bought it from them). The day before I was due to take it in I got phoned by a receptionist actually at Epsom and was told they couldn't do the work as they hadn't got the right machinery. So I had waited 7 weeks for no purpose. Had to take it elsewhere. (Most Skoda dealers seem to have long waits.) Clearly Ancaster central booking is at fault. On a previous occasion I was told by them that they, and I, couldn't contact Epsom directly by phone. When I was in the dealership at Epsom they told me that it wasn't true.

I came to collect my new Fabia at the agreed time. No sign of the salesman. After 10 minutes someone asked me if they could help and I told them who I was waiting for. Still no sign of the salesman. Another 10 minutes went by. Eventually I went to speak to someone else and then, finally, the salesman appeared. You need a receptionist!

I felt like I was to blame for a miscommunication as questions were not asked when checking the vehicle in. As a Motability customer I expect the dealership to go above and beyond, it was poor from check-in to collection. I ended up paying for items that should've have been included on Motability and belittled as if it was my fault this was after having the car checked in for a full service on Motability on my Skoda two weeks before and the points raised at that time. A shame really but Ancaster have not maintained that family dealer feel when they took over. It's all about money and not serving the customer. Epsom is my local branch but will have to change to Marshalls Croydon just so I don't have to deal with a specific member of staff again, I never want to feel like that again. Also do not have a sign on every service desk which says 'we will clean your car on every service' and then not do it, rather quietly do it when you can than promise it everytime and fall short.

Despite complaints concerning the central call centre Ancaster continue to persevere with it. Phones do not get answered at the garage and you cannot have a direct contact with the garage. Their is no direct tel number of the garage or voice mail in operation. They cannot text you or use emails on service.Sorry but something is awfully wrong with this part of the operation which causes major issues.
