Selling houses they say is a stressful experience. The team at Andrew Craig Gosforth helped me and my wife every step of the way. Sarah the valuer did an excellent job of describing our lovely home with great photographs and floor plan. The sales team arranged viewings and advised us on offers and Alison dealt with our sales progression in a way that allowed us to sit back and let the professionals be professional. Pretty disappointed in any service I’ve had with problems in my rented flat a blocked toilet so I rang them on the Thursday as I am now away at work they said they would get someone straight onto it Friday evening the plumber sent me a msg after 5:30 saying they had been in touch now the office is closed and the plumber does not have a key to get in when I told the office they would have to let him in because I’m away at work Saturday tomorrow so that will be 3 days still not fixed and no further forward I’m not back from work until late Monday night so all in all the toilet will have been blocked for 5 days if there’s no one there tomorrow the flat will probably be stinking what a joke they are really

I haven't seen any reviews here for Andrew Craig, East Bolden. There are quite a lot of reviews on Google Maps, all positive, so it's time for one here.
I just purchased a small retirement flat through the East Boldon branch. I'm an old guy who hasn't bought a property in almost a half century, when the process was simple. Now it's a bureaucratic nightmare.
If it wasn't for the lovely Julie in the East Boldon office I would have gone even more bonkers than usual. Julie was a calm, friendly, ever helpful presence, who kept me relatively sane during a long conveyance.
I was delighted with the service.

On number of occasions, I had opportunities to deal with Andrew Craig Estate Agents. In my opinion they are one of the best real estate agents so far I have interacted with (which combines both Newcastle and London!). They know how to create a balance between interests of both sellers and buyers. I am a buyer and being a buyer you can imagine how stressful property purchase can be. But at Andrew Craig, they have wonderful staff who keeps you at ease. I would especially like to compliment Eliza. I observed, she goes extra miles for both seller and buyers to bring the right information and keeps everyone at comfort. She has very good professional skills. So far I have not been able to find the right property for me, but I would be glad if I can get through Andrew Craig! I would recommend them for both sellers and buyers for their property needs.

Our house was on the market for a long time during a flat period, but the staff at Andrew Craig were always helpful and friendly. One criticism could be lack of feedback from viewings, but this was the consequence of viewers not giving feedback rather than the agent not telling us. In general, we were very satisfied with Andrew Craig and we would definitely use them again.

I bought my first house through the Gosforth office and could not fault the experience. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions I had, as well as in arranging an appointment with a mortgage advisor. Alison especially, was a huge help in making the sale go through.

I only went to Andrew Craig for a third valuation. However, the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff was outstanding. They kept me in the loop at every stage, and gave prompt feedback from visits. They were proactive with regards to selling the property and answered any questions I had. I am very happy to recommend the office and would certainly use them again

Had to actually chase them to get feedback when people had viewed my property. Poor service. Had a couple turn up for a viewing i had no idea about and had to turn them away. Told them i wished to remove my property from sale and took months to remove. Got paperwork claiming people had rang to get viewings after i asked for removal and they then claimed i was aware of this when in fact i had no idea. Raised my concerns but got absolutely nothing back but an invoice as if my complaint didnt matter! Will never use again. Its a shame as the gentleman who comes round to value the property is lovely and is very knowledgeable about the area.

Exceptional service is how I would describe my experience with Anrew Craig Estate Agents. All the staff but particularly Georgia and Gemma, who I had the most dealings with, were so friendly and helpful. There was always someone available to speak to and they were so patient even when I was asking the stupidest questions. They made the whole house selling process completely painless; would recommend them to anyone.

They were all very professional from selling my house to the end, Alison dealt with me the most as my first buyer pulled out and I was upset but then they got another buyer within weeks so took all the stress away.We are now in our forever home and love it, so would highly recommend Janet and her team at Andrew Craig Gosforth.
