What the hell has happened to the other half of an Andrex toilet roll? Smaller rolls, bigger cardboard inner. Absolute rip off. I treated myself the other day and frankly I couldn’t believe how small the toilet rolls were.

Won’t be buying again that’s for sure!

I bought these Andrex puppy toilet rolls as they were the best price, no alternative & didn’t mind paying a little more as they were supposed to be great quality.
How wrong I was! Terrible 2 ply, paper thin and need to use twice as much to avoid any unpleasant surprises on your fingers!
Dreadful product!

I have used Andrex toilet paper my whole adult life.For the last 3 years I have lived in Totnes ,Devon and have been disappointed by the poor quality of paper .I realise that you must experience glitches in production,but for those 3 years I have found found it hard to believe that your once perfect product is no more.Previously I lived in the Tavistock ,Devon area and never once found the substandard product that I have to buy here.Do you have different grades of paper for different areas?

BEWARE Andrex flushable wipes are a lie. DO NOT FLUSH> They blocked up my drain and I had to get it rodded out by the water Company. My neighbour had a much more serious incident where her upstairs en suit toilet blocked and caused a flood into the kitchen ceiling below with foul water. An Industrial contractor had to be called to use a high pressure jet washer. It was extremely difficult to clear - took all day and was a large clump of compacted wet wipes.

Andrex adverts are revolting and tasteless

DISGUSTING AND Pointless. Not cool or funny
No one gives a shit that apparently one in two people are embarrassed to use the toilet infront of their partners. I hope sales fall for Andrex.

I have used Andrex for years, but it is really bad quality now and the 2 recent adverts of a woman in an office and a pervert in the public toilets are in such bad taste and so from now on I will switch to another brand.

I bought Andrex double length, WAVE 'Complete Clean' toilet tissue.
Apart from the 'wave' only being on one side it seems to do nothing to enhance the product which is thin, insubstantial, requires multiple sheets and wipes to wipe 'clean': apart from myriad tiny bits of tissue left behind on private parts, requiring a bidet or equivalent to remove. The price is exorbitant but that said: the same is true for other ineffective tissue from Andrex and other firms. ☹️

What the hell have you done with these billboards? There are outside tesco's with a girl bent over and your Tollet roll sitting On the top of her bum and reads As clean as a whistle.

I always thought Andrex were the leaders in toilet rolls. I have just bought 24 pack of classic rolls and immediately noticed the cardboard roll is so much wider, thus lasting a fraction of what they used to. Do they really think we are not going to notice this ?? I do not want to be treated like a fool or other purchasers for that matter. Totally shameful.

What has happened to Andrex quilted toilet rolls? They are so loosely rolled that the cardboard tube actually drops out now!!!
Poor quality and very expensive. We will not be purchasing these again.
Very disappointing that such a premium product is now so poor.

I have always used andrex , I purchased a pack of 9 andrex family I may as well gone to a cheap shop and bought the cheapest loo roll the paper is so thin and a roll only last a day and there was only 2 of us shocking Andrex don't rip off your customers please

In a packet of nine 2ply rolls the quality was abysmal.Four of the rolls were sigle ply and two of those were not perforated. Quality control obviously absent. Very disappointing after years of being a satisfied customer

I used Andrex toilet roll for over 40 years until the pandemic when I was glad of anything. When I went back to Andrex after the pandemic I noticed it wssnt lasting and its only gotten worse. The last ones I bought..puppies on a roll...don't even last a day. In fact I have now gone onto Aldi softest. Much better value and softer too. Shame on you Andrex.

I have been using the Quilts for years but as part of the Money Saving exercise they like ALL other companies have resorted to cheating the public. The product is much smaller, the roll is no longer tightly bound with the result being the toilet roll goes all over the place when pulled. The thickness has decreased and I for one will Never buy them again. Everything today is being reduced in size, thickness, quantity.... but the Price Never goes down. Why don't they maintain the Quality but increase the Price and leave it to the Consumer to decide if they want to pay the higher price.

You are not listening. Your advert on poo is DISGUSTING. Puts me off purchasing your product.

Andrex used to be to best on the market but it seriously has gone down the pan! It's so thin it breaks when using. The mega rolls may be bigger but they are most definitely thinner. Why do they have to penny pinch but still charge the same or more. Will have to look elsewhere in future.

Really thin paper now, quality has gone down the pan! Will not be buying again.

New family soft product is awful. Thin, flimsy and less of it.
