I received my beautiful ring in a wonderful ring box but had to use the online chat twice in a week so I could see about getting the ring resized. I had dealings with Rose and Chloe who were both most helpful and dealt with what I needed perfectly, Great company, thank you.

Fantastic aftercare and customer service.
After purchasing an emerald bracelet as a wedding gift, the stone unfortunately fell out and was lost. After getting in touch with Angara they quickly sent out a return label repaired it and sent it back with no hassle or fuss. I would 100% recommend this company and their customer services are a*. Excellent pre-order customer service. I have worked closely with Ankit over the last 2-3 weeks on ensuring the right sizing and specification of a ring for a big occasion! I ordered a ring for my wife. The website was easy to use, with great customer service throughout the process. Bespoke made, but delivered within a few days.

I returned a pair of Tahitian pearl earrings that were poorly made (after paying for heirloom quality pearls). It’s been over three weeks since I’ve returned the earrings and I have yet to receive a refund. The customer service team takes ages to get back to you, and then they beg you to accept a replacement instead of a refund.
Buyer beware.

The best customer service possible
I had a problem with my order but I emailed the company late on a Saturday night. I had replies through Sunday and by Monday morning, it was resolved. Fantastic, unbelievably good, customer service which I did not expect, certainly over the weekend.
I had also realised I could have ordered a different length chain, and this was immediately sorted out for me.
I have not received the item yet, but will update when I do.

Best customer service I've ever had
I bought my item for a special occasion and thought that would be it. But then I had a really nice message from a gent called Sam Stevens and he was just checking in to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Thought it was an automated message at first but I had a query with my order. Nothing they had done wrong just had a couple of questions. I messaged him on a Saturday afternoon and had replies from him instantly he was very helpful and made the whole experience better and his willingness to help was so genuine. I can't recommend this place and Sam enough
