The Angara customer care team have been amazing. Since ordering my engagement ring they’ve constantly been in touch, keeping me up to date with delivery and even courtesy calls to make sure I was happy once I’d received the item. The ring itself it amazing and I’m getting a lot of comments about how beautiful it is, on top of that the presentation of the ring when I received it was out of this world. Angara has a marvellous team supporting every purchase a client buys. The packaging with each item is superb and the lighting inside boxes was a lovely surprise. I will never buy beautiful jewellery anywhere else. My latest purchase, lab-grown oval sapphire & diamond stud earrings, are my pride and joy and I wear them 24/7. The sapphires are beautifully deep and vibrant, so gorgeous and better than any natural-grown stones.

I purchased a stunning lab grown 3 carat ring and was absolutely thrilled when I received it. The box it came in is stunning, it even has a little light inside to really show off the gorgeous piece. I was tossing up buying from here or elsewhere but I am so glad I came here, it's perfect and a nice little gift for myself. I have just made my second purchase as I am thrilled with the service and speedy safe delivery.

Angara made shopping easy, well, not exactly. Too many beautiful choices!! I wanted to purchase an Emerald necklace for my wife for our 20th Anniversary. We were going on an Italian cruise and I wanted to find something special. I searched various sites, but Angara's selections were the best by far. I appreciated have a choice between quality of the emeralds and the size. I was able to adjust to make it fit my budget. The necklace was everything I expected. Needless to say, my wife was surprised and THRILLED with the necklace. She barely took it off, only when we went off ship. Other passengers we befriended commented on how stunning she looked, and the necklace was 'perfect'!.

Have already ordered from this company and got better than I expected. The options and showing sizing is excellent and very pleased with my necklace have also purchased one for my daughter's birthday

I am in Tennessee and very happy to leave a review. My mother and I found a beautiful necklace online and ordered it. I loved it and found it to be an exact match to the picture online. The packaging was elegant. However, my mother said it looked different than what was depicted online. She does not know how to manage expectations for online shopping. I am an old pro at this. In any case, we did return it and had prompt customer service regarding the return. Ruche in the LA office even called me, said they had the necklace, offered me a discount on further purchases, and processed the return to the the original method of payment. This company has really upped their game in terms of client relations. If returning something, Fed Ex it back to them quickly. They email the label for free in the first 60 days. I placed it back in the packaging carefully. I think if these things are done, you will have no problem with the return. It goes to a US address for this.

The ability to customize your jewelry piece is something that sets them apart. You can see exactly what you get. Great value for money. Bought my piece for my wife on our 11th anniversary. Look forward to giving this to her.

Very quick and reliable service, there was a small piece of feedback that I provided and although I didn't request it, Sam; my customer service rep took it upon themselves to ensure that it was addressed and ensured that I was happy with the outcome. The jewelry is fantastic and the customer service is second to none.

I ordered a parcel from Angara and created a custom necklace featuring a garnet and pearl. It came to $1,700 — pretty steep for what it was , but I paid it because it holds sentimental value. It was to symbolise loved ones who couldn’t attend our wedding, so I wanted their birthstones with me on the day.

I had it sent to an Australia Post parcel locker. Soon after placing the order, I realised the parcel required a signature on delivery, so I reached out straight away to have the address changed. Chloe from Angara assured me the address had been successfully updated.

I then took a day off work (at my own expense) to be home and sign for the parcel. However, I hadn’t received any updates, so I contacted FedEx. I was told the parcel had been delayed repeatedly and was stuck at the FedEx depot because Angara never changed the delivery address as promised.

Eventually, the depot passed it on to AusPost — who then provided both FedEx and Angara with the wrong tracking number (one for a parcel I’d collected earlier that day). Despite explaining this to several different representatives, I kept getting told *“it’s already been delivered.”*

I’ve been repeatedly reaching out to Angara, providing updated information and proof that the parcel delivered was the wrong one. I’ve also raised refund cases, but it feels like I’m doing more of the investigating than their own team. Every time I check online for an update, I get told to give it *“another 24 hours.”* It’s now been over two days and I’m no closer to a resolution.

So far, I’ve dealt with Rose, Steve, Sheldon, and Chloe — all of whom have been horrendous when it comes to customer service (and I say that as someone who works in customer service myself). David, to be fair, has provided an okay level of service, but even he gave me incorrect information — he misadvised me about the account manager’s hours and told me someone on live chat was a manager, which wasn’t true. He’s also just repeated things I already know, as I’ve been the one contacting FedEx, UPS, AusPost, and StarTrack to keep everyone updated — and still, none of the information I’ve provided seems to get uploaded to Angara’s system.

Eventually, I gave up and requested a refund, providing clear evidence that I haven’t received the correct parcel. But I’ve been told they won’t refund the $1,700 because they can’t locate the correct parcel and AusPost’s system says it’s been delivered — despite all the proof I’ve submitted showing otherwise.

I leave for my wedding this Friday, so it’s now unlikely the necklace will arrive in time — completely ruining the sentimental purpose it was meant to serve. I won’t be using Angara again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The ordering process is easy, but if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
