From the sales personnel to the door fitter, I found the experience very smooth.
The sales personnel explained fully what products were available and the quality and kite marks that recommend Anglian window. Which was a big reason why I bought the door.
I was informed very quickly by email of the installation date and the installation was carried out without any problems. The fitter cleaned up after himself.
The only issue I have is my telephone number was incorrect on the paperwork, although I called and corrected it, when the installation fitter arrived he said he called but there was only 10 digest so unable to contact. The other item was the safety chair was missing however the fitter called back the next day to fit it.
The wrong telephone no. Could have caused an issue.
Very pleased with the product, price and service. Would recommend Anglian to anyone.
Everything happened when it should have. All fitters ie, scaffolding plus Anglian fitters were no trouble.
Everyone we came into contact with was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The door we had installed is great. The only downside was the lack of communication to tell us when the door was ready to be installed. I had to phone and chase it, and no follow up email/phone call reminder, or rough time. Other than that we have been happy.
Tidy professional workmanship Cameron and Kevin fantastic fitters highly recommend 10/10
The window fitters were excellent very clean no mess at all father and son
We bought a bungalow 5 years ago which had an amazing kitchen dining area with a large Anglian conservatory built to the side of the dining area.it was everything we ever wanted until we decided to move this year.just after putting it on the market the whole conservatory subsided coming away from the building with the roof separating leaving it open to the elements and extremely dangerous to the point we have had to put a barricade up to stop our dogs and anyone else from entering in case it collapses.we have been told that Clause 17 clearly states that we should have paid £49 within 3 months of the purchase to transfer the guarantee which was never pointed out to us at the time so there final answer was they are not willing to help.I find this outrageous as i naturally thought that the guarantee would stay with the building.
I’m now seeking advice from citizens advice as I don’t know what else I can do.

Would 100% recommend! The door was fitted perfectly, thank you! I get very nervous with letting people in my home. Darren (from Swanley depot) was such a lovely guy, down to earth and knows his job well. An absolute credit to you. Also all the staff from start to finish have been wonderful.
Their task was to replace my conservatory glass roof for an insulated panel roof. This included a plasterboard ceiling with downlights. In total it took 6 working days. I'm very pleased with the outcome
Hello. We have had a really lovely lady meet with us in cornwall. We did not have reply to our quotes from a rep.The district office manager Trudy Holmes of Penzance ,rang us back .She arranged to see us the next day.She came as promised .My hubby and I had a really good open conversation with here along with few laughs 😃 along the way . In this age of phone call, texts and emails, face to face discussions are really appreciated. Sometimes communication between customer and businesses can go wrong. In this case ,it was rectified quickly with a professional manner . Excellent. We would recommend 👌.

I have given one star because you can't give a Zero. Anglian windows fitted replacement windows at our block of flats in Rickmansworth. My windows do not close. I have called them at least on six occasions. Never, do they call you back. Never, a text message, NOTHING!!! The problem is that they have been paid. Give these people a very wide birth!!
We recently had windows installed. The product is reasonably good, but unfortunately the installation was not well-managed, with very little leadership - resulting in some poor finish (no sealing under windows to brickwork, for example) and lots of screws and waste left behind on the roof and in gutters, as well as on the driveway -
Communication is weak with Anglian and despite writing to them to raise concerns and being promised that the complaint would be addressed in 5 working days, I’m still waiting to hear from them (now on 6th day). Really disappointed with a company I thought were supposed to be good. Seems their standards have fallen.
I’d avoid them now!
The installers, Jacob and Roman, got on with the job efficiently and solved problems rather than making them.
They let me know what was going on plus they left the house free of any dust and waste.

Anglian have been problematic from the very first day of this project. We’ve paid almost £30,000 for a conservatory, based on the promise of high quality, excellent project management and support. Unfortunately, that’s not what we’ve experienced.
We’ve had to constantly chase them and call to find out when people were actually going to turn up. On several occasions, we waited in for people who simply didn’t arrive. The walls were installed in the wrong order, which was only picked up because we noticed it ourselves. The quality of the window beading has been poor, there’s a hole left in the side of the house, the lead flashing is unfinished, and the electrics were not installed to industry standards, with safe zones not being followed and the work not signed off. Anglian have since told us that they have got rid of the electrician responsible.
We’re now more than four weeks past the date the project was supposed to be completed, and we’re still left with unfinished work and no end date in sight. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating and has involved a significant amount of our time spent waiting around for people who didn’t turn up.
What makes this even more disappointing is that we were paying a premium for what we expected to be a professional, well-managed service. Instead, we felt pressured to make the final payment before the work was complete, received very little communication, and have had complaints effectively brushed aside, with the explanation that they have a backlog due to the heat.
For a project costing almost £30,000, we expected a much higher standard of workmanship, communication and project management. Unfortunately, based on our experience so far, we cannot recommend Anglian.
I would give zero stars if I could this company is an absolute disgrace I went to them thinking they was the best my god how I was wrong , the first day of installing my front door they told me between 12-1 so I booked the day off work well 2pm came still no installer's so I phoned the office they said oh he’s in traffic will be there soon FINALY came rocking up at 4.15 , fitted the door then noticed there was a long scratch along the panel anyway 2 weeks later a replacement fitting I had a phone call saying the new one also as a scratch on it this was after I’ve taken the day off from work ( then another fitting day came again late again ( when they left my property my husband had noticed they had scratched my new drive way the black block paving was totally all scratched and the person I spoke to said we can turn them over , REALLY ?
, the people they have working for them are
Sloppy with their work and the quilty of the product is terrible I’ve noticed more scratches here and there on the door frame but I’m not having this firm back on my property , after having spoken to them they offered me £200 off my original bill so I’ve lost 3 days work and my brand new drive way that cost over £6000 is scratched , please avoid this company at all costs they are a terrible company they don’t care they just want to take your money and leave a very sloppy job , it’s really mad me feel unwell the distress this company have caused me over the last three months , I’ve asked for the manager to phone me numerous time and I’ve heard nothing off them at all . They should be closed down the way I’ve been treated .
Andy and Craig were excellent, very helpful and informative.

A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Steve Roden was brilliant with previous surveys and advice - which kept me as a customer. Trudy Holmes kept everything organised. Roger Puckey and Steve Warren were helpful on initial visits, and Nicholas East designed exactly what the room needed. On site, Nick Bowrah made a great first impression — but the standout was Chris Pierce. His craftsmanship, professionalism and attitude were exceptional. I’d request him again without hesitation.Everyone was respectful, polite and a credit to Anglian. The product quality and guarantees give real peace of mind. Highly recommended.

When I contacted the installation team at Anglian they were very friendly and helpful, I was really well informed about the process for my windows and front door.
The scaffolding team on arrival and collection were also very polite and professional.
I had Alan & Alan from their Eastbourne branch fit 4 windows, 2 lintels and a new front door over 2 days. They were both very friendly and polite, They worked consistently as well as being very respectful of our home, children ands dogs.
I am very happy with their work and the quality of the finished products. I would recommend both Alans for their work.

Used Anglian to replace our roof guttering and suffit. Very pleased with the service men Mike & Laurie who did a great job and completed ahead of schedule. The works went hitch free and safely & also happy with the 10 year warranty cover if ever needed. Louise at the office was also very helpful with the planning of the works so everything happened on schedule. Thank you very much
