Engineer was very knowledgeable and polite did everything that needed to be done can't fault anything

Communication throughout the process was great. The finished installation was also very good. Anglian Home Improvements products may not be the cheapest but often you get what you pay for. If I ever have a problem I'm confident they will be around to fix it.

Both our initial meetings with the salesman Julian and Nicholas, the consultant went well, and inspired confidence in themselves and the product. We were happy with the quote, and even more so when we added a third panel at the consultation stage, for which there was no additional charge! Due to them having a cancellation, they were able to bring the installation date forward, which was also helpful. The sole fitter arrived at 7.30 for his 8.00 appointment time, and he got straight on with the work. Brian was extremely efficient and clean in his working, explaining the small technical differences from our previous porch, and he left just after 11.00. Remarkable!
I noticed a very minor scratch on the letterbox, which he noted for a replacement to be fitted. A week later, their engineer arrived, and within 15 minutes, he had replaced the letterbox, and sorted a minor issue of the door rubbing against a corner of the frame, when opening and closing the door.
He made it very clear that the product carries a 10 year guarantee, and we should contact them immediately in the event that any other issues arise.
We were very happy with the four staff we met on site, and the support ladies, Hayley, Eloise and Amanda, were a pleasure to deal with both on phone and email.
Needless to say, we are very pleased with the result.

Really impressed with their service from beginning to end. Each visit was by a knowledgeable and professional person who guided me through the options and how installation would work. They arrived promptly on instillation day and ensured I was fully satisfied before taking payment. Highly recommended.

Anglian have set themselves apart with a quality and modern windows product, excellent installation, and great customer service. I immediately went back after having my windows installed for two of their other services.

I had a door fitted which I was very pleased with.
The fitter was on time and fitted the door with out any drinks, even though one was offered.

It was very easy to contact them and arrange for initial appointment. Starting from the initial appointment to the installation it was done in the time frame that was given to me. The installer was very professional and left the place as clean and tidy as it was before. Payment was very easy and I am very pleased with the whole experience which was stress free.

From the quote to the installation we received nothing but high quality service from Anglian.

Robin Harrison came to our home and talked us through theAnglian product, he was not pushy he believed in the product he was selling and let us choose.

Communication from the surveyor was clear and precise.

Rob and Luke installed the windows, they were very professional, friendly and worked from the moment they arrived until they finished the job.

The windows look great and up until the writing of this review we are very happy with product we were sold.

We can't comment on how well the windows will fair against the wind and the rain of winter but we feel that from the service we have received so far we will not be disappointed.

I just wish we had used Anglian to install our front door two years ago which has never been right, we will always use Anglian in the future and if they still work there I will request Rob and Luke to install!

Stop knocking on people's doors trying to peddle your wares

I regret choosing Anglian to replace my downstairs windows and doors but after 3 and a half hours of sales talk i signed up thinking that i would get a superior product and service despite knowing that i was paying more than other companies would have charged.
There was confusion from the start of the installation with the installer disappearing at regular intervals and even not turning up on some days. He was lacking in communication skills and although his work was ok he was very slow and didn't finish the work on time.
I had to phone Anglian numerous times to find out what was happening and was given promises that someone would call back or come and finish the job.
I negotiated a small discount but "only if i paid today".
It seems as if once they have your money they can neglect their responsibilities.
I have received at least 10 calls asking me if i would consider using Anglian in the future. Despite my emphatic NO i still continued to receive calls.
I am very dissatisfied with the service i have received and would definitely NOT recommend anyone using Anglian Home Improvements.
The whole experience has tainted my enjoyment of having new windows and doors . There are still a few minor outstanding finishing touches that need doing but i cannot face contacting Anglian yet again to be fobbed off with more broken promises. At the age of 67 I still "live and learn".

Terrible experience with AHI!! They promise you that they are the best in the business, absolute joke!! Didn’t install new windows on the date promised!! No communication from them, I had to do all the chasing!!Emails and phone calls not answered. Disgusting attitude from call centre staff. They actually shouted at me. Terrible mistake I made by going with them. Over 2 months since this has happened and nothing from AHI they treat you like dirt once they have your money, they don’t give a stuff about customer satisfaction, it’s all about getting your money!!! Zero out of 10 for the whole experience!!

Tomasz came today to replace a damaged window seal under warranty. He arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and professional, and completed the repair quickly and efficiently.
It was a really straightforward and positive experience from start to finish. Very pleased with the service and especially with Tomasz — thank you!

We’ve just had our front door fitted by Stuart and Dan , and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. They were both incredibly friendly,polite and professional from start to finish .
I world recommend them to anybody

After spending £5100 for two doors with problem after problem with the fitting and ad on they said was ok in my eyes I never paid for add on parts for the frame or the door and then the door handle not fitting as in the way when trying to open with the key I’ve been told if I want a different door handle so my disabled daughter can open the door I was told by a manger Luke who had spoken to his manger to buy one as they were not willing to to put right them selfs avoid save your money and go some were else

Please be very careful if thinking of dealing with this company. I raised a CEO complaint last week after 18 months of trying to get a reasonable quote. Their Customer Services Team immediately posted a response saying they would deal with the matter urgently. Guess what - no response again and now almost 2 months from raising the original CEO complaint with no contact whatsoever. From the reviews it looks like they might be OK if you have a trouble free experience with one of their teams but many teams are not good quality and if anything at all goers wrong then they have no interest in providing any acceptable level of customer experience. They haven't even provided a Letter of Deadlock so we can take the matter to the regulator, despite several requests. Please be very careful

Anglian improvements were very professional and efficient with the installation of my patio doors and the doors are of good quality.
Anglian are perhaps more expensive than some but i think they are worth it.

Shaun and Andy did a brilliant job. Clean and efficient. I am totally happy with the result.

Visited to provide a quote (the first company contacted) for some replacement windows. Disappointed to find that after a while the old sales techniques I thought had gone out decades ago. Initially quote £11k upon questioning a bit the following discounts were applied 1. you don't want your old windows do you? (does anybody?) Anglia get a recycling discount and can pass some of that in to you. 2 The prices are due to go up next week, but I can offer at the price before that increase if you order before then 3. A technical code discount if I can manage to put it through the system whilst logged in here with you 4, maybe a flexi installation (I will have to call my manager- and the salesperson does and of course the manager agrees another `code` to reduce the price further.
The crux was, you had to commit and pay something today.
That price had miraculously become around £8k.
I indicated that A) This was the first company we had a quote from and there was no intention of signing up today. Also pointed out that these sales techniques were predictable 15 years ago and I was surprised they were still being used. I was rather annoyed and left the room briefly. I told him that was it I, end of the discussion from me. However whilst I was gone he offered my a further £400 discount.
Shoddy, shoddy practices.
So if your persistent you were always going to get the lowest quote. I told the guy straight that I was never going to sign up with the first company to give me a quote. I do not care how good the product is. This sales techniques is one not worthy of a quality company.
It brings the industry in to disrepute in my opinion That sales techniques means I will not use this company as if that is how they sell, how reliable is the product and fitting. It should be sold on its merits not on these tired old sales techniques. I am surprised they are using them, but there must be mugs out there falling for them. DONT.
