Lovely initial but I was disappointed that the attached chain is so thin. It’s not something I can wear daily as I fear it will easily break

Was quick and very convenient! If you order your piece from here and order it knowing how long you have to wait, it comes quicker than expected and the quality blows my mind. Owner was very helpful and communicative too so it’s the best of both worlds! I loved the Anklet I’ve gotten just in time for a special day!

Slow delivery and slow responses from seller
The earrings I received are genuinely lovely however they took a LONG time to come and over what it stated on ‘notnon the high street’. When my partner queried where the item was he got a slow and rude response stating he didn’t pay the extra for quick delivery. He messaged two weeks after he placed the order so think he gave enough time to query where it was and even ‘on the high street’ thought it was late. Finally the item replied, the earrings were loose in the box so surprised they actually made it, one of them the clasp doesn’t work properly so we queried it and didn’t get a reply until we chased her. She said the silver is soft so can bend so we have asked if we are to bend it to get it work and still waiting a reply from 3 days ago. Won’t order from again.

I have responded a few times to the messages and we are very happy to send another pair, but the earrings were in perfect condition when I sent them out to you because I checked them myself personally. So maybe they were bent when you tried to put them in the first time, but I can assure you that I would not have sent out a pair of earrings that were faulty. we did actually send them on time to you, and as when you placed your order you have an option to select express production or standard production. I didn’t want to come across rude and would never mean to, but there are two options and your partner selected the slower option. So we did stick to the timeframe and they did arrive within the timeframe quoted. If you would like to message me back via Not On The high street and let me know if you would like to return those earrings. We can get a replacement pair sent out to you but we obviously obviously hand make everything ourselves in the workshop and I can assure you that they were not damaged when we sent them out.. Ring sent in the wrong size
Ring sent in the wrong size. Paid for fast delivery (£15) and the order took over 2 weeks to arrive. When I complained to Anna, there was no response. I emailed multiple times and I was ignored. Would not recommend.

Ordered the initial disc birthstone necklace. Initially when ordering there was not an option to put what initial you wanted. I emailed Anna and her response was quick and very helpful. The issue got rectified. The delivery was quick even with standard delivery. The necklace is beautiful, very dainty. I’m so pleased. I would definitely recommend Anna.
