I would not recommend buying an enamel ring from Anna. I bought one from her and only had it two days and some of the enamel fell off. I let her know and she replaced ring and even more enamel fell off the 2nd one. I let her know and asked how she proposed to sort this. I have had no reply and must say I am not thrilled with her customer service.
I did buy a necklace and some earrings off her and am happy with them.
The process of buying this expensive jewellery off her has been quite stressful to say the least and whenever I have had to contact her chasing up delivery of items over the space of 2 months, she has given some weak excuse. I would be very reluctant to buy anything from her in future however much I liked it.

Not only is her jewellery absolutely beautiful, but it has honestly been the best example of customer service I have ever received. I made a mistake with my order, totally my fault, but the kindness and warmth I received from Anna in sorting it all out, is something I will remember forever. It's only my second piece of hers, but I'm telling everyone I can to buy from Anna Lou because in an age of chatbots and terrible quality products, everything about buying with Anna is perfect.

I paid for my order on 19th November and I still don’t have it and haven’t been refunded either. No response to email or phone call!! The company appears to still be trading and I have received more promotional emails since then. Any advice? Should I contact Trading Standard? Thanks all

Necklace is lovey however mine arrived damaged and yet to receive a response to the email I sent to customer service along with photographs.
My daughter will now not be getting this gifted to her on Xmas day as there’s now not enough time for this to be rectified.
Arrived in beautiful packaging but on Opening the box the name was hanging very low on the display cushion so I took the cushion out to adjust and this was when I seen the necklace was not fastened and instead all tangled up into one nice knot. There is no way I can untangle without possibly breaking (I shouldn’t have to do this anyway!) Very disappointed not just with the condition of the necklace but also with the lack of customer service.

Have not recieved my order they said it would be dispatched yesterday after me waiting 2 weeks now no reply’s to emails , do not order from here . I will

This is a great jewellery service and would recommend. The item was very well made. There was also a lot of attention paid to the packaging, the necklace was in a stylish presentation box and was put in to a lovely gift bag with a tag.
For an item that only cost £30 I felt there was great attention to detail

Your Packaging looks great, necklace looks great, happy with the process.Evri delivered with no prior notification & the outer cardboard box was battered & the bag inside had therefore got a bit squashed out of shape which is a shame but we’re happy overall with the necklace & it’s box & would order from you again.
