I would really love to give this…
I would really love to give this Company a great review but at present I made a purchase on 24th November and received shipping information on 30th November but I have recieved nothing and I have tried to email but again nothing so I a little concerned.

Beautiful, personalised necklace!
I ordered a personalised birth stone necklace for my twin for Christmas. It has the birthstones of her 3 daughters on. It arrived promptly even though it was personalised and in a lovely box. The necklace looks gorgeous and I can't wait to give it to her. I need to order something for me now!!!

Ordered a number of items from Anna Lou including name necklaces, letter bracelets, letter chains, star sign bracelets etc and everything arrived looking gorgeous. I contacted Anna Lou prior to placing my order to clarify some points and I heard back straight away. One of my orders was going to be a bit late and I received a call beforehand asking if I needed anything urgently. The customer service was excellent throughout and the jewellery was really nicely packaged and presented. Will be recommending to friends and family. Really happy!
