We often experience a delay in receiving emails in order for us to return the call in a timely manner.
We have received feedback from our patients advising that they have been promised an appointment or informed to attend the practice and they will be seen, this happened on a day when we had no clinician on site.

I've been using Answer4u to answer all my calls for the last couple of months. Initially I was skeptical and protective because I started my business 10 years ago and in that time I've answered, or returned the missed, for every single call, but needs must so I gave them a go. I have been exceedingly impressed. The most important feature to me is their flexibility and willingness to accept they're not perfect and work with me to find solutions which I have found very easy to do. I feel like a large weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I like it alot!!

Answer4U provide us with two emergency out of hours numbers two of our biggest contracts can call. We tested the services and they are working well. Setting up the escalation list was easy and I can recommend this service.
