This company does not deserve even 1 star. They have raised their management fee on my estate by £4000, in two years with no consultation or justification. This company is a cartel. I strongly advise... See more

If I could give no stars I could

If I could give no stars I could. Anthem (used to be GEM Management) if you are looking for a management company for your properties avoid these like the plague.
No communication. Never even reply to an email.
Constant changing of management rep for my block.
Charges out of the blue, then refunds. I’d paid my service charge monthly for years and they asked for it in one go. I then set up a direct debit only to receive letters asking for the money!
They are shocking.
So shocking the cost me the flat I was purchasing. No having completed fire risk assessments and Asbestos surveys which should have been completed were not! So my purchase fell through - costing me £3000 in lost solicitors fees.
I will be taking my complaint to the ombudsman - they are terrible - avoid at all costs!

Worst company I've dealt with. EVER.

Worst company I've dealt with. EVER. They changed their name from Hazelvine (check their reviews here, too!) but it's the same bunch of shady, scammy, extortionate clowns with no morals at all.

They are still in business because changing management companies is a pain, and because they lock themselves in and throw out the key.

If you value your property, your estate and your mental health, stay away from these cowboys.

Rubbish

Shocking customer service and poor billing management. Anthem Management sent a bill midway through the month requesting payment of £480 by the end of the month, with no options for a payment plan or extra time. If you're going to do that Anthem Management, at least give people more than 14-days notice, otherwise you're causing financial hardship and undue stress. 14-days might be the so-called 'industry standard' but that doesn't make it right! Your 'customer service' agents also lack basic customer service skills.
