Anthony Paul Maidenhead is absolutely my go to. I’ve had a few pieces resized and fixed here with amazing service. Took my engagement ring in today with a desperate plea to fix a prong and they did it on the spot without hesitation. Special shout out to the reception staff who are always incredibly helpful and kind.

I had a Victorian 18ct gold and turquoise ring repaired at Anthony Paul in Henley and I'm so pleased with the result. The ring was my grandmother's (its age means it must have belonged to another family member first) and I love wearing it.
It lost a stone as the claws had become weak and worn. I heard AP recommended for replacement stones. They took a lot of trouble to explain the different options and risks including that the ring may need to be completely remade. However I got it back last week and they managed to do the repair, including a new beautifully matched stone and retipping of the outer claws. Recommended.

Had a repair carried out to a gold chain and the staff were so helpful, went above and beyond! Many thanks, highly recommend.

Went in for help as bracelet stuck on wrist with a jammed clasp, glad we did as over 20 minutes later it was all fixed and wouldn’t accept any payment - superb customer service even to the extent when I gave him permission to cut off my partner's wrist, he did actually consider it!!

Highly recommend Anthony Paul. From start to finish Stuart & Matthew made the whole process a very pleasant experience. Decided to have 2 of my late mums diamond rings redesigned.. I wanted a ring I’d wear rather than 2 left in a drawer. The result was a beautiful work of art which I will wear with pride & love. And I know mum would approve.

Fantastic jewellers. Glen designed and made a pair of earrings for me from an old brooch. I'm so happy with them. Glen totally understood what I was wanting and now I have a beautiful pair of earrings that I will treasure that will always remind me of the brooch that my Granny wore. 10/10 service.

My Dad recently passed away. He couldn’t afford a beautiful engagement ring for Mum until much later in their marriage.
Recently, when the main stone dropped out of her ‘engagement’ ring, Mum was devastated. She luckily found it, then asked me where she could get the ring repaired. I said Anthony Paul Maidenhead had a good reputation.
Although it was a more expensive repair than anticipated, Mum was delighted to have her ring back. It is now perfect and she is still tearful about having her ring back and the kindness of staff at Anthony Paul Maidenhead.
Thank you to all involved in the repair, please accept massive thanks for making my Mum so happy. I have had to guess at the date she received the ring back unfortunately, apologies if I am a little out.

Great thing was being able to discuss item over the phone and get an adjustment to the chain and reassurance about prompt delivery. Item was well received by the recipient.

After being turned away by some well-known jewellers nearby, I walked into Anthony Paul Jewellery, hoping to have my fiancée’s engagement ring resized as a last-minute idea just before Christmas. The team were clearly very busy, yet they took the time to make us feel like we were their only customers of the day. A brilliant, friendly, and exceptionally personable team! And the ring was ready in time for Christmas too!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.
Expert advice on a clasp repair on a gold chain men’s bracelet worn everyday until it snapped. ( Due to some help from me!!)
Received a call to say ready for collection etc.
When placed on my wrist by staff it was as if it was brand new again.
5 star service and treated like a VIP within their work environment.

I've had a ring repaired (of sentimental value) and another ring made too.

I’d been having trouble with the setting on my marquise engagement ring for some time so I was advised by AP to have a whole new setting. As I had recently lost my husband my ring was even more precious to me but I had to put my trust in Matthew and Stewart. They knew what they were doing and I should not have been worried as the new setting is absolutely amazing! The diamond was sparkling and even looked bigger. The new setting was more robust yet was so delicate looking. I can honestly say I was blown away and moved to tears. I am a very happy customer!

What a very nice Jeweller's and with great service! I visited AP in Henley on Thames with a pair of hoop earrings that would not close properly in the socket. Despite having bought them elsewhere George and the very lovely lady behind the counter gave amazing customer service and not only fixed the problem 'there and then' but didn't charge me anything for their expertise.
I was SO impressed and will definitely be going back having received their fabulous customer care and also having seen the beautiful jewellery they have and on reading others feedback that they make such wonderful bespoke items as well.
