I had the best service ,so thoughtful and kind from Glen , and the staff in maidenhead jewelers. From when we walked in with lots of broken jewellery past down from generations to choosing what it to be made into which was their recommendation and was beautiful. The whole service and journey was amazing. I cannot believe how they turned my broken jewellery that sat in a draw has been made into something so special for me to wear the knowledge and skill is the best . Thank-you for making a hard decision to a very special wearable piece of jewellery

I had a loose stone that I wanted making into a necklace, the team were happy to talk through options and make suggestions all without being pushy. I had a custom made wedding band from when I lived in the USA. Unfortunately, over time my expanding finger exceed the diameter of the ring so I stopped wearing it. I stopped by Anthony Paul at their Maidenhead location and was expertly assisted by Joe who identified that I needed to resize the ring by 3 graduations. The work was to be done by Glen and the primary issue was the 7, 30 point diamonds that were channel set. Glen was able to make the adjustment without disrupting the flow or stability of the setting. Upon completion of the work (within a couple of weeks), the lovely Kitty, contacted me to arrange collection. I couldn't be happier, the ring was polished and the diamonds are sparking brighter than ever.
I highly recommend the Maidenhead store and shall definitely be back for any of my jewellery requirements.

I took a brooch into Anthony Paul Maidenhead and enquired about having it incorporated into a necklace. Glen could not have been more helpful. Three weeks later and the job is done, the brooch, minus its clasp, now attached to a gold chain, also supplied by me. I am very satisfied with the result and more than happy with the overall experience.

My Dad's ring had lost it's stone and it wasn't possible to replace it. So they added more gold and found the perfect tiger's eye to replace it.
Joe even managed to get it done 10 days before my birthday
I haven't stopped smiling since I lost my Dad 17 years ago and this is one of the very few things I have of his.
If I need anything else along these lines I won't be going anywhere else

Exceptional work on signet ring that went down my waste disposal unit! It looks like new and l couldn’t be more impressed. The ring has great sentimental value and l didn’t have great hope that it could be successfully repaired. Staff were friendly and helpful in choosing new blood stone. I whole heartedly can recommend them.

I took an old bracelet to their Windsor shop after seeing their claim that they “will give you the best possible price.” I already had a reasonable idea of its scrap value, so I was genuinely shocked by how low their offer was. When I questioned it, they refused to increase the price and suggested I might get around £100 more if I went to London.
I did exactly that — and was offered over £2,000 more than their valuation.
I fully understand that any business needs to make a profit, but this level of undervaluation is excessive and misleading, especially given the claims they make in their advertising. Based on my experience, this shop is not customer-focused and I would strongly recommend getting alternative valuations elsewhere before accepting any offer.

I have had a few pieces made by Glen at the Maidenhead branch and have been delighted every time.
The last piece was a beautiful 5-diamond gold ring, expertly crafted with great attention to detail. The entire design process was handled with professionalism, care, and thoughtful ideas. Joe and Glen are very knowledgeable about diamond carat quality and gold weight, which gave great confidence in the final piece. Thank you both for your excellent customer care and service throughout.

What a gem in Maidenhead! The team are so friendly and could not be any more helpful of if I tried. I took in a pair of my late Grandmother’s earrings which were falling apart and they fixed them on the spot for me!

The damaged eternity ring we had remade here looks even better than the original. All the options for how it could be done were clearly explained, allowing us to choose what would suit best. A bespoke jewellery project like this was never going to be cheap, but we felt the cost was good value for the high standard of work and personalised service.

In a town where so many shops have gone, Anthony Paul is an absolute treat! A mixture of antique and items designed and made by themselves, there’s something for everyone who loves real jewellery. The team are so friendly and helpful, I wish I could buy everything in there. Highly recommend for buying treasured items as well as repairs, resizing etc
