I commissioned Anthony Paul to design two pieces on behalf of my manager, for two special occasions. I dealt with George from start to finish, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. George is personable and extremely professional. I was updated at every stage of the process, which was totally seamless.
And the main positive to come of it, is that my manager was extremely happy with both pieces.

Thanks to George and all the team! After getting a ring poorly made elsewhere I decided to look locally for someone to redo the setting. George was incredibly helpful from the outset with transparent pricing and great advice. Couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be going back for the wedding bands.

After speaking to George, the team at Anthony Paul took my unworn, but hugely sentimental engagement ring and a pair of diamond studs and reset them into a half eternity ring and the most amazing 3 stone ring. I really could not be happier as they are absolutely the most beautiful things I will ever own. My daughter made a mistake by choosing and purchasing a delicate antique engagement ring from a London jewellery market. This was two years ago and the ring turned out to be quite fragile and not fit for today’s busy life. It would have needed continuous repair so she decided on a remake. As I live near Windsor, and had dealt with Stuart Pattinson at Anthony Paul before and was more than happy with previous work carried out by them, we sort his advice. Being in the Business, he fully appreciated the significance of the ring to my daughter. After very careful consultation with Stuart, it was decided to make a new ring using the existing stones and as near as possible, replicate the original. The end result was nothing short of amazing. The ‘New’ ring was a mirror image of the original in every aspect of its complexity. One very happy daughter once again.

My son had an item of jewellery left to him by a much loved Aunt. Unfortunately it was damaged and not wearable. I visited the Windsor shop to see what could be done. Given its sentimental value I was most impressed with the sensitive advice to retain the integrity of the item but to rework it to something more wearable. Once completed I was delighted with the quality of the workmanship. I also wanted to purchase a chain to go with the item and time and care was taken with me to get the right style. All this took place within the complicated arrangements of Covid restrictions in the last couple of months of last year.
My son was delighted with the final result and I cannot thank the team at Windsor enough. I would strongly recommend a visit to them if you have any jewellery needs.

Wow What a Ring
I can’t thank George and his team enough for the wonderful ring they created for my 60th Birthday, I have visited the shop in Henley many times ,I am always made to feel most welcome as I browse the amazing jewellery,they are always helpful and friendly.
The shop has the most wonderful range and I would recommend anyone who loves quality jewellery to visit.

A diamond cluster ring was damaged beyond repair in a fall and had to be re-made. Our insurance company wanted us to go with their jewellery makers as they were a teeny bit cheaper than Anthony Paul quote. What a stupid mistake I made in not insisting I stuck with Anthony Paul in the first instance (who I use and trust). The short version is that the insurance companies jewellers made a mess of the ring, didn't hand make it (they said they would) and it didnt look like my ring. They agreed that they hadn't done it properly and so the insurance company then agreed Anthony Paul jewellers could remake the ring and it is PERFECT, stunning, looks just like it should.

Having had my beautiful Tanzanite engagement ring for twelve years it was in need of a new claw, having been caught in a garment. I took it to George in Anthony Paul where my husband bought my ring and George expertly advised after examining it,it needed four new claws and a polish. When i collected the ring it was stunning and like new, Anthony Paul craftsman did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier !! Thank you George and your team. Helen

Diamond and ruby eternity ring purchase from the Henley shop.
The first visit to the shop at Henley was one to seek advice and to enquire about the options for an eternity ring. The service was efficient, friendly and very well informed.
I returned to view several rings on the day that was previously agreed: having received a telephone call informing me that they were available to view.
What impressed me the most:-
1) There was a wide variety in the cost of the rings: well within the budget agreed
2) The vendor has listened carefully to the choice of ring to be purchased and had assembled the very suitable collection.
3) There was no pressure to make a purchase.
4)The quality of service was first class.
5) I am delighted with my purchase.

The service provided by Sam in selecting a graduation gift for my daughter was simply outstanding.

I had my mums wedding ring resized as a rush order and Sam couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! Also very knowledgeable.

(Having asked in another (chain) jewellery store in windsor who were SO rude and unhelpful.)
