Yes you have to pay and its not the cheapest software but the technician edition is worth every penny. Works on every level and i cannot rate this software highly enough. Even remote headless systems - give it the commands and let it run - faultless. I have used this many times and everytime it has worked -if you need it buy it

Deceptive trial version
Another company that deceives the user by promising a trial version that ultimately does nothing but is just a demo. So a user wastes time by configuring, for example, cloning a disk only to find out at the end that in order to perform the cloning one has to buy the software. Say it now! You are to be fined severely.

terrible i have been told to backup up to external drive and restore from that did not work then usb cable i had to buy to connect machines did not work dropped files onto desktop of new machine did not work its been three weeks now the support is absolutely rubbish no one will even screen share and sort it out
