They won’t even respond if you have any issue with the e-scooter .
Worst e-scooter the range is very bad

The promised range was 20 miles but the scooter runs nearly 10 miles per charge. Also the scooter shakes too much, and tyre also slips on wet roads.

Fast shiping, they ship next day. Product is very good quality also. I tried a little and it is very nice and comfortable, very fast and strong,

I bought an ESMAX 500w scooter from Aovopro.com in September. They are falsely advertising the specs. The scooter that was delivered had a 36v battery and 350w motor controller, not 42v and 500w as advertised.

Complained to Aovopro.com asking for a full refund, they eventually offered a partial refund if I returned the scooter in the original packaging. Who keeps a huge box like that for months(!), it's a tactic to add friction to the refund process - I declined that offer. The Consumer rights act covers you for this, you are not obliged to have kept original packaging.

Anyway, eventually raised a Section 75 claim with my bank sending them all of the evidence and I've just received a full refund from Aovopro.com and I still have the scooter. As long as you bought your scooter within the last 6 months, you are entitled to raise a claim from your card provider (UK law).

I've also flagged with advertising standards as they are conning people with false advertising.

Buyer beware. We had to return my son's scooter for what should have been a repair under warranty. After sending the scooter back Aovo Pro ghosted us and stopped responding. So we are now out the full price of the scooter. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything through this shady, dishonest company.

The scooter quit turning on after a little over 6 months of use. When I put in a claim they blamed the problem on the battery which is clearly not the problem. The battery is conveniently only warranteed for 6 months. I replied several times that the problem is not the battery and they ignore all of my emails.

Scooter works well and is good but I received the wrong wall plug which I had to get another one for the scooter (I received a European plug instead of a uk plug)

I received my order exactly as they said, I am very pleased.

The e-scooter is very smooth, the brakes are also great and allowing to connect with my phone so that I can monitor my scooter's condition is very helpful. Easy to carry

Easy assembly, useful app great value for money

I recently purchased the refurbished electric scooter, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Despite being refurbished, the scooter looks and functions like it's brand new. The build quality is excellent, and it rides smoothly. Good value for the money.

The scooter works fine but did not have any serial number written on that. We couldn't register that scooter in our university because of that.

Excellent mileage and speed. Good battery power. Charges fast. Comfortable drive. Most important..WORTH THE PRICE!!

The WORST customer service i have EVER seen. I purchased a scooter around 2 years ago now and the last 2 years have been back and forth. Originally i got sent a perfect scooter, it soon came with its issues that were sorted. The scooter had a 2 year warranty so eventually after a while i got sent a refurbished scooter as the previous snapped at the weld point on the frame, when i thought it was sorted the scooter arrived with a broken display, the foldable latch was snapped (hazard) and the tyres had 0 grip left which i had to change. That scooter was a heavily used one it was not refurbished, but we let it go as i was glad i had a new scooter as i used it for work. They stopped responding to emails until the warranty ended and then only said they can't do anything but aparently that part was sent to me? i was sent tracking numbers too which just goes to show how much these do just to fob you off.

Bad scooter bad customer service
I provided an order number here I even sent them photos of the broken scooter, I almost crashed because of their cheap badly made scooter. do not buy if you are trying to live.
The neck lock comes undone just by riding on a smooth road i flew off the scooter, not to mention the battery only lasted a few months. Breaks lasted even less and the mudgaurd disentegrated (IT WAS PLASTIC AND NOT METAL AS THEY ADVERTISED)
No reply from Aovopro. Do not buy run away in the opposite direction.

the elettric scooter it's ok, but i find INCORRECT (And ILLEGAL OLSO) that they promise 2% refound on my pourchase if I rating 5 Stars on the feedback!
You think is it correct??? that's the reason why they have a lot of 5 stars rating....
