I ordered somthing in late October and it still hasn’t come in and it’s currently the 23rd of September but someone from Apex called me and informed me that they were just getting started to sell parts on their website and we’re working out kinks and gave me a 50% refund. This is great customer service.

Some hiccups, but great customer service & support
I would love to give 5 stars, but I simply can't because we had some issues with getting set up. Unfortunately, it was not usable right out of the box. There were a few issues with setting up the Windows system, and then the Wifi. Thankfully, Nick and Robert were both great, and we were able to get the PC up and running! The system itself seems great, and my son is very happy with the purchase.

Very prompt and courteous and even fixed a misconception on email. After purchasing received multiple emails from the company one showing 16gb Ram when it was suppose to be 32 GB of Ram but the engineer that Id an appointment with quickly resolved the issue by telling me it's two 16GB stick for the 32Gb Ram. He explained it automatically puts 16Gn on there but needs to be change showing the quantity of two but its an automatic reply showing only the 16 but not showing the quantity of sticks.

I sent my laptop back for repairs and they kept me well updated and told me everything that was wrong but after there was a miscommunication and it was shipped to the wrong place but the immediately helped me find where it was sent and got it returned to them and it’s back on the way to me! 10/10 apex gaming is the best gaming computer provider 😎

Apex was really knowledgeable, after asking me what my goal was for the PC they made the recommendations to improve it and gave me the explanations as to why they thought those modifications would benefit me. My only sore spot was the chair I ordered did not show up and I had to email them to find out the chairs are not shipped to Canada strangely.

The computer stopped working 2 days into it arriving. I have been doing everything that the support team has been telling me to do and nothing has worked. Last heard from anyone about 2 weeks ago and at this point I given up trying to get it fixed through the support team and decided to take it to a local place that works on computers. Been nearly 2 months of it being in my possession and it's just been a paperweight
