I had some issues with my pc

I had some issues with my pc. Not Apexs fault. Tried everything i could to stop the freezing and gpu usage drop all to no avail. I gave up and wanted to send it back to them and they went out of their way to help. Give them the chance to help you with your next pc.

I didn't have high expectations when I first went to contact Apex Gaming PCs, but I was quickly responded to by Nick and had an easy back and forth over email answering general questions, after that we set up a call with Robert and and ruled out what it wasn't, we were not able to pin down the issue on the first call, after a little more back and forth we set up another call with Tim and got down into the specifics, it took a few calls but we were able to confirm what the issue was, Everybody was helpful and got back to me quick

Everything is great, but the payment is meh

Everything was great, however, I wish that payment options were more accessible for non-usamerican customers. I've tried my best to communicate my payment needs but there aren't many options for me to pick and choose from. Not only that, but the email you suggested me to contact when I was having problems paying with my card does not exist.

Don't order they are terrible on delivery and price

I have no complaint from the tower side but don't order peripherals from apex all I got is some ally express junk and for the the price I don't think u get anything quality wise just my overall experience with apex has been a fail on there part would not recommend apex to anyone go with someone else I wasted my time ordering a PC and thinking I was getting a pleasant experience and nice quality was totally let down got the cheapest stuff practically of off temu

Good PC but slow delivery

The PC itself is very good in quality, however I had a fair amount of frustration with the turnaround on it. Shortly after ordering, my previous PC died so I was waiting for my delivery, however when getting in contact it wasn't clear on how long it would take and the estimate kept changing.

Hello Adam, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Upon reviewing your order I saw that you had requested to add a rush status on the 24th. This service was paid for and applied to your order on the 25th, which then shipped on the 31st within the advertised "Rush" status window, but I was unable to locate any record of you being given inconsistent delivery estimates by Apex.

However this confusion occurred, we're very sorry that happened. If you are referring to an estimate provided to you by the carrier (UPS) please understand that this is something outside of our control, particularly where international shipments are concerned.

While most of our orders to the UK are delivered within 5-10 business days, they do have to be processed through customs, and this can sometimes delay delivery by a few days.

Do NOT buy from APEX

Bought a PC late 2023 - early 2024. Arrived 3-4 months late, and blew up when I plugged it in. They installed an American 110V power supply into the computer, when it was clearly listed I am in AUSTRALIA which uses 240V.
They denied returns and a refund because I had already had the case re-used for a pc, even though I had the issue STATED ON PAPER FROM A REPUTABLE REPAIRER.

Im 15 and they have taken advantage of my money and the customer service has been EXTREMELY poor. I am not about 3k short.

We’d like to provide context to address the inaccuracies in this review.

Lead Times
This order was shipped on time, within 6 weeks of being placed during the peak demand period of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The additional delay was due to Australian customs clearance, which took roughly 30 days and is outside of Apex’s control. In total, the order took under 60 days to arrive, not 3-4 months late.

Power Supply & Voltage
At the time of this order, our international builds did not yet ship with automatically switching PSUs. Instead, all international customers—including yourself—received clear email instructions upon purchase reminding them to confirm that the PSU voltage switch was set correctly (110V vs 220–240V) before first powering on. Failure to do so unfortunately results in damage that is classified as user error under our warranty terms.

Warranty & Third-Party Repairs
Our warranty explicitly states that we do not cover damage resulting from user error, nor can we make repair or refund determinations based on reports from third-party repair shops. Any claims must go through our RMA process to ensure consistency and fairness across all customers.

Current Practices
Since then, Apex has upgraded all systems to ship with automatically switching PSUs, meaning international customers no longer need to manually adjust voltage. This change was specifically made to prevent scenarios like this from ever occurring again.

Order Value & Repair Costs
The claim that you are “about 3k short” is inaccurate. The order in question was just over $1,000 USD. Based on our internal assessments, the type of PSU-related repair referenced would cost approximately $60–$70 to resolve—not thousands of dollars as suggested.

Customer Service
We recognize this was a frustrating experience, but the circumstances fall outside the scope of our warranty. Our team strives to communicate clearly and provide support, but we cannot override established policies when the issue stems from incorrect setup outside our control.

A great company with great products! Highly recommend!

I originally wrote a review with a 1 star rating. After the company reached out to me to help identify and fix the issue I was having with my PC, I am fully satisfied now. It turned out to be a simple fix. A faulty WiFi adapter was causing performance issues. I would absolutely recommend Apex Gaming PCs if you’re looking for a PC! This is a company that really does care about their customers and takes pride in their products.

I ordered somthing on the 31st of…

I ordered somthing in late October and it still hasn’t come in and it’s currently the 23rd of September but someone from Apex called me and informed me that they were just getting started to sell parts on their website and we’re working out kinks and gave me a 50% refund. This is great customer service.

Some hiccups, but great customer service & support

I would love to give 5 stars, but I simply can't because we had some issues with getting set up. Unfortunately, it was not usable right out of the box. There were a few issues with setting up the Windows system, and then the Wifi. Thankfully, Nick and Robert were both great, and we were able to get the PC up and running! The system itself seems great, and my son is very happy with the purchase.
