I found Apex via an online search. First noticed the clear website and then was most impressed by the simple understanding of the rates and plans. No add-ons needed when you get to the desk on the ground - I went with The Works - full insurance coverage, GPS and Toll Tag. So simple. Airport pick-up was simple and a short ride to the office.
Car was very nice. Everything as expected and advertised. Service was friendly and efficient.
Return after hours was a bit more difficult, but it was ok and worked fine. I needed to leave early, so returned the car to parking facility who then shuttled me to the airport. A bit of a nervous moment when it seemed the parking facility was closed. But all worked out in the end.

One thing - tell the driver how to attache the Toll Tag. It was obvious after I found the attachment, but it took a little bit to work it out. I came in from the US so I was unfamiliar with the system in Brisbane. Again, not a major point.

I would recommend Apex and would definitely use them again.

The very Best Car Rental service I have ever used, I travel often and use rentals but Apex would be the best. Easy to use online Bookind, Express booking made so easy, the Service and Cost with NO Strings attached! I had not heard of Apex before, finding them via Google for Brisbane car hire, but would not hesitate to use them again. The website is clear, there were no hidden extras, the staff were helpful and professional and the car was virtually new. Good value all round. Well done Apex.

From an early morning arrival to vehicle pickup the exercise was seamless, the vehicle quality was first class and what was booked online was delivered including the all important baby seat and GPS.

In all the experience, pricing, and quality was excellent and I would recommend this to users be it business or personal.

Free booster seats and second driver option was great, making their unbeatable hire prices even better. The car was in excellent condition and nice to drive. Brilliant finally a car company that delivers what you need and with no hidden costs attached. From start to finish the ease of booking ,collecting,using and returning the vehicle is unsurpassed. The website was excellent. The customer service was 5 star. The vehicle was brand new and extremely ecomonic to run.

Having lived in Queensland for 22 years my wife and I had become familiar with most of the well known car rental companies having used most at one time or another. Our move to New Zealand 3 years ago gave us a great opportunity to observe the growing popularity of Apex here. We were therefore delighted to find we were able to engage Apex on our recent trip back to Queensland and are pleased to report all the promises made in the pre-trip publicity were fulfilled to the letter. Good on you Apex Brisbane. Keep it up – such service is rare these days. When discovered certainly worth letting as many people as possible to know about it. Spent over 2 weeks looking at all the car rental's in brisbane and eventually settled on Apex because of their simple to understand and forthcoming website. Their sales staff on the phone is also friendlier as compared to other car rental companies i called. My only gripe is that I wish they had a scheme to drive to Sydney. And i would love if they had hybrid cars. e.g. prius.

From start to end, our decision to go with Apex Rentals in September 2011, was definately the best choice we made. Brand new cars to drive, free GPS system with the full rental option - which was worth it in comparison with other reputable companies out there - the option to have the unlimited toll tag which we got driving around Brisbane so we didn't get any "nasty surprises" in the mail later, to the friendly emails - so much easier to deal with than hanging onto a telephone during an international call that costs you more money, to the efficient service we received on pick up & drop off including the pick up & drop off from the airport. We couldn't have asked for a better service than that.

And we didn't get any of those "nasty surprises" turn up on our credit card statement either. It's December now. So that was great!

We are back in Brisbane next year & guaranteed - We will be using you guys again. Cheers from NZ!
