Rude unhelpful service
Rude unhelpful service.
The company refused to update or cancel my order that was placed couple of hours earlier.
The issue: the delivery address is incorrect.
I have requested to update the address or to cancel the order. The staff refused to do anything about it. They haven’t even looked at the order details, mentioned a completely different delivery service and that I might be able to update it later. They kept pushing back by pretending there’s nothing they can do. Mind you, the order is not packed or shipped. It probably won’t even be processed till another day or two. The company is not acting according to EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Once the order is placed, you are on your own.
The people from the support team should find a job that suits their level of competence and helpfulness. Somewhere far away from human interactions.
Now I have to sit and wait for a 1000sek order to be shipped to a wrong address, undelivered, hopefully returned back to the company, and then I will have to deal with the refund.
I’m planning on contacting the ARN the moment I see my order cannot be delivered. Another Swedish pharmacy that is trash.

Unhelpful Pharmacist
If you do not have a Swedish ID, please do not go to the 2 stores in Gothenburg central station to get your prescriptions from the local hospital - the pharmacists are not helpful at all even if it’s an emergency and you have photo ID from Norway.

Probably the most unprofessional
Probably the most messed upand cheap customer service I have seen in a while!
They deliver late, they are rude (both online and in-store) and they have really unprofessional staff (probably due to super-cheap hiring)

So, this is the second time I've written. I have given these companies a second chance. But I was disappointed again. This time I had athlete's foot and wanted to buy a cream so that my feet wouldn't be so yellow. I ordered, waited two weeks for my order and then received this message.( „Your order is no longer available, the order has been canceled. We will contact you when it is back in stock you AB pharmacy team ")I was so disappointed with this company that I gave it a second chance. I do not recommend anyone to order from this website even if the prices seem a little cheaper than others it is not worth it. Best regards negahater.🤬😡✊🏽
