The delivery was horribly delayed
The delivery was so much delayed. The packaging has been sitting in the warehouse for days after the delivery was promised. There is no possibility to cancel it.

I have now been a member for a couple of years… pharmacy is a pharmacy and at the end its all about the people who work there.. However I have had nothing but disappointment from Apoteket in Hansa Malmö. The service is none existent and the employees are in general pretty arrogant..

First delivery and very good prices

22 days delivery and refused refund
My order took 22 days to be delivered, even though the product was in stock when I placed the order, and was meant to take 2-5 days. It was so late I couldn't collect it and Apoteket customer support refused to cancel the order or give me a refund, even when the product was undelivered and returned to sender.

My order is stuck 10 days now (instead of 2-4) and the support didn't do anything when I contacted them. Because of this I can't take my medicine. If I could put 0 I would.

They don’t provides pick up within 2 hours
They provided “pick up within 2 hours”, but in reality they’re preparing orders only after pharmacy closing - several hours later. So never trust that they prepare orders in time, slowpokes.

Purchased medicines with good price…
Purchased medicines with good price with pay later option. I need to pay using Walley since there are so many apps now a days I forgot to pay in time. Instead of getting reminder I got a bill for late payment. Really dissapointed, apotea is far better than this for payment policy they use Klarna and even if you forgot they send a reminder mail to pay asap without giving you a fine.
