I didn’t get my package and I reported…
I didn’t get my package and I reported the day after since I thought I’ll wait a day. I contacted customer service the day after and they didn’t care at all. They told it’s not their responsibility since it’s day after. I didn’t wanted my money I wanted my medicine. I usually buy from store but for the first time I bought from online and will be the last one. I will highly recommend not get any products from online since customer service.

Absolutely not happy with the delivery or CS or ordering. Product ok but you get the same from a better vendor.

The world's worst customer service…
The world's worst customer service online chat sitting in queue 3 days now 3-5 hours and absolutely nothing happens and you turn nr 3 and on then nr 2 ans again kicked out and it all starts all over again.
There is no real chat but obviously a fake chat with a bot that insinuate people on queue.
Very very poor can't believe the ratings here.
So paid 400 kr for a delivery that was supposed to be sent but it is not even packed yet and qay to contact them via email now why is that???
Why are we supposed to.givw up email name.and other private information when stating the chat even before having spoken to anyone what so ever and putting our question in what's the purpose when you never get any help anyway and no do not have time sitting on the phone when I order online it should be 100% trust worthy but yet again as all other Swedish garbage nothing works so why order here ?????

So bad!
So bad!! Delayed delivery times announced in the app and not when placing order. No information to me about the delay. Called the Helpline yesterday - queued for 25 minutes, they were supposed to call back today (urgent prescription ordered 1 week ago still not sent). Did not call back. I called again, waited in queue and was told again the would call back. I want to cancel my order. I called to cancel the order, was told OK but have received no confirmation. Waited in the chat queue for 30 minutes, was 'accepted' but sent to Bank ID even though I was logged in already and then lost the connection. Then it was 17:02 and the chat was closed. They have already taken my money, not delivered, wasted 1.5 hours of my time and there is no way to cancel the order........ The worst online service I have experienced in a long time. Will NEVER use again.

Ordered the prescription and paid for…
Ordered the prescription and paid for it right away via Swish. 10 days later still haven't received it. After several phone call attempts and 1 one-hour wait time with the customer service helpline, I was able to cancel the order and get a refund
