Köpt paraply 4st men dem var absolut inte bra

I made an online order. It took one week (after the order was delivered to instabox), to get help from Apoteket with a code that was not provided by them.

On the phone I was transferred for 15 minutes to different people and no one was able to help.

Finally I send an email and after 5 days I didn’t receive any response. That’s when I send another email and after another 2 days someone helped.

So, the customer service experience was not ok.

I looked up a product on line it showed on stock at one of the apotek location.
I went to the pharmacy and I was told that the product it wasn't in stock but you can order it on line with mobile BankID. I do that but soon after I receive a phone call from an unknown ID telling me that the product is not available for express pick up and that will come the day after or at a later date.
The day after I receive yet another call with an unknown ID telling me that the product is not available at their location and that I should pay again for the product having to purchase from the same company but from another location and that I will get my funds refunded in 3 to 4 bank days.
At no time the person on the phone offered an alternative even when I asked that perhaps they can contact other location within the city and ask them to ship it to their location.
Irritated after the conversation I have been forwarded to two other customer service representative which had difficulties to understand me as a customer.
The last one responded aggressively "do you want it for free?" and that "I should wait until I get the salary" if I don't have the funds "to pay a second time for the same product even though I have been already charged once.
In the end I gave up the purchase, I canceled my membership with the company and I filed a complaint with konsumentverket.

I bought a blood pressure monitor. It works fine and one of reasons I bought it was the price was very competitive. It was delivered very quickly. It meets all of my requirements.

I have been ordering here quite much the latest weeks, it has been great, very fast deliveries, very clean packed and good looking items, and easy to order and pay. I always choose with Instabox which for me it's the absolute BEST delivery company here.

The pick up service in store its awesome, it's quite fast and same good quality to pack and choose items.

Please keep it up like this. For me it's very important the appareence if the package (if it seems nicely packed, sealed etc) and also that looks clean.

The prices are good. The variety is great. My order arrived as promised. The pick up I chose was ideal. I recommend Apoteket AB. Mvh, Elayn
