When you choose the delivery option "Hämta express på apotek", the suggested pharmacy is the nearest pharmacy in your area that have all your items available. This implies that it is not necessarily your overall nearest pharmacy, since a pharmacy only can be chosen if all items are in stock. In such case, we have to ship the order from our warehouse instead which normally takes 1-2 business days.

The absolute worst worst service from…
The absolute worst worst service from the shop in the new Karolinska Astrid Lingred Hospital. From the start the woman on till 1 on 4 July 2023 at 11:20 was rude. Maybe because I am black & speak English. Then they did not have what the doctor prescribed for my child. I asked if they could call the Doctor and let him know as my child was sitting in the shop in pain. They said it is not their job. My local apoteket in Brommaplan are great and have done this for me an adult. I was shocked and very disappointed. Never will I recommend the service from these people.

Slow delivery, poor customer services, no good for prescription medicines.
I ordered a prescription medicine that indicated a 3 to 4 days delivery time. I didn't receive any shipping info until 7 days after the order date, tried to call their customer services with no success. Wrote an email and got a response 3 days later that they just arrived at the courier. Now I am still waiting. It has passed my scheduled injection time and I feel ill. I will not recommend this online pharmacy to anyone who needs to receive their prescription medicine in a timely manner.

WORST customer service that I have experienced
WORST customer service that I have experienced.
According to my page on the website, my order has been sent. However, after two weeks, I am still waiting to receive it.
I called customer service several times, and after waiting for more than 50 min (for each call), I didn't receive any response. After that, I tried to use the chat, and they said that my request had been reported and customer service would contact me, but nothing happened. I am very unsatisfied, and I only want to CANCEL my order.

Pick up in 2hours turned into 8days
Order online and pick up in 2 hours didn’t work optimally at all.
1. When choosing this option I was not able to pay with swish
2. I got a call day after that my delivery will needs to be divided since all items are not available at store (why the express delivery option was shown?)
3. When picking up the second part of the delivery the personal was not able to find any information about the rest of the order even though I have received a notification that I can pick up the rest of the order (and already payed for the full order) taking around 20min to figure out that there is still one item that I need to pick up.
4. To sum up, something that is been advertised that takes 2hours took 8days.

Dont order from here if you are in a hurry, they promised 1-2 working days pick-up time at the pharmacy, instead I got it after 4 days and the customer service replied after 5 days, very useful!

Ordered, but they destroyed it - no refund
Ordered, but they haven’t turned up, been two weeks
Update: After speaking to three different people I got the following answers:
#1 - You took it out yourself it's nothing to do with us (produced order number and screen shots to prove Apoteket has it)
#2 - It's being sent, you have to wait longer
#3 - Ah, there was a problem with delivery, it got sent back to us and we have "destroyed" it as it's medicine.
You will NOT get a refund.
So yes, I put in the order, had no contact from them despite following up asking for information - and now they have supposedly destroyed it, which is in accordance to their T&C.
I've submitted a fraud case with my insurance and asking the doctor to issue new prescriptions as they have been removed from my account - it's a total mess, do NOT use this service.
