Apoteket in Sweeden misplaced it's service level and priorities
As parents we where questioned if we were intrusted to buy medicine, subscribed to us from a Swedish doctor, to our own son. After a 30 min. wait for service to staff at the Apoteket in Commercial Center SYD, realized that they did not have the medicine on stock and send us away, emptyhanded.
Thank you for displaying total lack of service by questioning the parent privilege and the business process (validate that you have the product you sell first) and thereby wasting our time.
Our kid now has his medicine…in Denmark

Hi, thank you for your recension.
If your order is not picked up, or can be delivered to you for another reason that is outside Apoteket's responsibility, the order is returned to us and contains the medicine, it must be destroyed, we do not have the right to resell them to another customer.
