Apple made me feel that they cared about my requirements and my satisfaction. On the morning of the installation the fitter was held up in traffic, and I really appreciated the fact that both the driver and the office contacted me by phone to appraise me of the situation.
The workmanship was excellent and the site left clean and tidy.
I am in love with my new red front door.

Please please please do not use this company save yourself the heartache of the terrible workmanship,they promised the world we got a load of rubbish I would not recommend this company to a blind man that could not see the state of what they call good work I have loads of pictures to back up what I'm saying then when I complained to a senior manager basically he spoke to me like I was something he scraped off his shoe and told me to pay up .i have thought long and hard about putting a review on here but I really don't want any one else to have bad experience we have had.

THE FITTERS WHO INSTALLED THE NEW GLASS ROOF WERE SUPERB,EFFICIENT , WORKED NON-STOP AND WERE METICULOUS IN CLEANING THE SITE AT THE FINISH.

Great workman, perfect job completed to a very high standard in a very short amount of time.

New large window installed - requiring a new wall (incl. foundation), window, internal plastering, skirting board etc.
I'm very happy with the end result, very well finished job. I received good service throughout the whole process, nice people and good price. There were a couple of unexpected issues (no ones fault!) these were dealt with quickly and didn't affect the overall timeline, price nor result.

We have found Apple a pleasure to deal with. No high power sales pressure at all-just very informative and helpful. Seem to be very competatively priced and so far we are very pleased with the installation of our patio door.

Wonderful quality and finish. Top value worth paying the extra cost. Shame about the timekeeping of the cladders, but any problems with build were quickly put right.

The team of two who fitted my new windows(4 in all) were very competent and extremely polite. They tidied up after them and the job was done in the time allocated. The windows are of excellent quality, and despite having double glazed units before, these are much more efficient and I can already notice the difference in the level of noise from the road.
I would recommend Apple wholeheartedly.

I spent a significant amount of money on refurbishing the roof line, re-cladding some dormer windows, plus double glazing, but I won't be using Apple Home Improvements again. First, they lied about the installation date. They promised July (2016) but as soon as I'd signed the contract the contract they switched it to September. When they started work they started slapping new PVC on top of old (rotten) wood. Fortunately I spotted it and ordered them back to rip off the new PVC and old wood. Then they cracked plaster and tiles inside the house, which they tried to hide under extra large trim. Again, fortunately I spotted it and ordered them back. They also smashed the towel rail off the wall but didn't bother telling me (I decided to repair this myself rather than ordering them back yet again). Then they forgot to book the scaffolding team to take down the scaffolding. The scaffolding was up for 3 weeks, for a 2 day job. But the final straw was the FENSA certificate, which they promised me when I signed the contract in June 2016. I chased and chased and chased for my FENSA certificate, only to discover they were no longer registered with FENSA. It was only when I threatened them with legal action via Trading Standards and Building Control did they inform me that they had switched from FENSA to ASSURE. A few more weeks of chasing and I finally received my ASSURE certificate - in March 2017, a full 5 months after I'd paid in full. I sent several letters and chasers, which were always ignored, and never once has anyone apologised to me about these problems.

The fitter arrived early, but waited for time arranged, very polite, got on with the job, it took longer than it should have as there were a couple of problems, but dealt with it well, asking my opinions. Excellent job done very happy.

Apple Home Improvements replaced my 5.2 meter bay window plus two others, the fitters where first class, very clean and friendly, nothing was to much trouble for them, very good communication from sales to finished job, I would defiantly recommend this company to all my friend and family and I will be using them again.

I find this company good to deal with from start to finish. The quality of the products is great, you get what you pay for. The installers are courteous, tidy and explain what they need to. You don't get a hard sell from the sales team, they are very helpful with suggestions of the right product for you.

Poor customer service

There have been problems with the installation but the engineer has been out and it is going to be sorted next week. Apple came out within three days and agreed with my opinion without any disagreement.

Happy with the quality of windows that were replaced. Replacement team, which was 1 man, did the job in expected time to replace 2 windows. Cleanliness was reasonable but room for improvement. I would use them again if the need arises.

Having had replacement patio doors last year we were pleasantly surprised to get a phone call offering an existing customer deal. Carolyn visited again and gave us a deal we could not refuse for a new front door. Arranging a date to install was so simple and the two guys who came to carry out the work were professional but also good fun. The whole process from order to installation was simple with no pressure at all.

Thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. Job done efficiently and all Apple staff helpful and friendly.
