Great service and really happy with the end results.

I can't speak for their standard of work, but they need to stop sending their salesmen out from Hedge End, knocking on doors and harassing people.

We recently had our front door & most of our windows replaced - Alan & Amanda were our fitters and were amazing. The job was completed to a very high standard, it has made such a positive change to our house - our previous condensation problem has gone and our house immediately started to dry out. Alan & Amanda were great company for the week too & couldn't have been any more professional, tidy or reliable. A very big thank you to them - it's like we've moved to a new home.

They should have been here for an appointment at 7.00 pm on Tuesday, didn't turn up, 7.30 a phone call 'he's stuck in traffic' rebook for 4.00 pm today 24/02/2018 didn't turn up, surprise, surprise ' he's stuck in traffic'
Absolutely unacceptable, will certainly be having my drive relaid, but not by Apple Home Improvements.

We recently had a new roof on our conservatory (replacement for the old polycarbonate roof). The pre-installation surveys were thorough, the fitters arrived on time, were very pleasant, tidy and kept disruption to a minimum. The office phoned each day to check on any problems. One small problem was dealt with immediately. We have used Apple in the past, not only for the conservatory but also replacement windows and have always been very satisfied. We have only had the new roof for a short time but no complaints so far.

New Windows Fitted, excellent product/service/fitters would recommend Apple Home Improvements and we would definitely use them again.

Nice Looking Door but a Flimsy Frame!

We replaced our tired 1930's wooden front door and frame with a new composite door and UPVC frame from Apple Home Improvements (AHI). The price was more than we wanted to pay but we were assured by the salesman that superior quality products are used.

Once fitted, the door looks amazing. Sadly though, the UPVC surround shakes when closing the door and does not give us the reassurance that the frame is strong, will last for 10-20 years and is secure.

I reported this to AHI who sent the original fitter round to take a look and he stated, "this is normal for UPVC frames" but I asked for my compliant to be escalated to management. Weeks later another fitter came round to fit a replacement letterbox and knew nothing about my complaint. He said he would get a manager to call and visit but this never happened.

Weeks later and months after fitting I am very dissatisfied with the door frame and feel that AHI are not interested.

We are very satisfied with our new lawn. The guys had a nice eye for detail and always on time. We will definitely use AHI again in the future.

Total nightmare experience. Workmanship was awful, jagged edges left on upvc. They removed a wall and filled it with foam and chipboard rather than damp proof and cement. Lock on door does not work properly. They inserted a large steel beam and post to hold up the roof (not included in the plans / contract) without asking if we wanted it, or would rather change the design or cancel the order. Job was supposed to take 3 days. 7 months later they are going to put it right (hopefully - although I am dreading what I will be left with). They are covering the cost of putting it right (consumer rights act 2015) but are refusing to give us compensation. Any decent company would acknowledge the stress and inconvience caused due to their own negligence - but not Apple.

We have had cladding on the outside of our house and are very pleased, such a transformation, the workers were polite, efficient and tidied up when finished, even though the weather was absolutely freezing ( we felt sorry for them ) the result Is very professional, well done

The quality of our new composite front door is excellent and we are delighted with the results.
From initial visit to fitting, Apple staff were courteous, professional and genuinely focused on customer service; I rate them highly.
The door fitter was punctual, tidy and has also done an excellent job.

Excellent work. All debris cleared and all the area left immaculate. Neighbors have commented on the improvement. Will most certainly recommend and have done so.

Our initial visit was friendly, informative and non-pressurising. All time targets were met, and when the fitters arrived, they kept us well informed of what was happening, they were cheerful and tidy!

Excellent service all done in two visits. The actual job, foam insulation, took a couple of hours and was done very neatly and left tidy.

We were very pleased with our doors and the fitter was first class he was very experienced, we were told the date and time they would turn up and that happened

Having agreed to the installation I wasn't ready for the upheaval of emptying my loft . The guys installing were great, they didn't pressure me and I had it done when I was ready. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly, worked tidily, and cleaned up when they were finished. Only took a few hours to complete the job, and helped put some of the stuff back up there before they left. Already the house feels warmer. All in all I'm very pleased with the product the service and would definitely recommend them

A very good honest company

Really poor sales rep experience. Failed to show up, no contact no quote...very disappointing. The Hedge End branch is useless.

Excellent service. Every step.of the process was easy. Fitters of windows, facias. Guttering and weather board cladding extremely friendly and professional. Would recommend apple for all of your home improvement needs. Will definitely be using them again. Many thanks

One of worst experience I ever had . Apple home improvements to me don’t tell total truth when you are agreed to sign . Find out what you know about the apple home improvement. Does sales person actually tell you whole truth, not just little bit of truth. Eastleigh
