An excellent product fitted with care and consideration.

From beginning to end our total experience went very smoothly. The fitters left our house very clean after the insulation. Would recommend Apple Home Improvements everytime.

Awful!! I put my details into an online application and got a phone call from one of the sales, who told me my husband HAD to be there on the home visit, my husband works away Monday-Saturday, and doesn’t want to spend his days listening to sales, when we both would talk and discuss in our own time options. I said to the lady, it would just be me , and she said she couldn’t book it and would have to talk to her manager. I have since spoke with her manager who was just as rude!!!! I do not need my husbands permission to look/order windows!!!! We have a massive project and you have completely lost my custom. I hate complaints as I have worked within retail/sales, but the way they have treated me and totally discriminated against me. Awful. I’d have given 0 stars if I could have.

Don't ever use this company, their work is mediocre and once they have your details, they will never stop pestering you.

Resin Drive.

All aspects of the contract was excellent from initial visit from doorstep caller thru visit for quotation, survey and installation, the installers were polite and did an excellent job, all queries and alterations were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction, an excellent product and job.

Highly recommended.

Everyone was very helpful, workmanship was very good, and very pleased with the end result

work carried out by friendly and competent tradesmen and very satisfied with the new combi gas boiler and programmable thermostat which means that leaving it on all night when the outside temperature is extremely low is not necessary as you can set it to the temperature you do not want the house to go below, this is more cost efficient

Well done Apple, having completed the third and final project of our house renovation we are very satisfied with the complete service you provide and having carried out our own modernisation of previous houses we wish we had used your expertise before because it takes the stress out of any house project and you do not need to worry as you have a team of people ensuring everything goes according to plan, even the daily phone calls to confirm the progress are a great support and I would never submit my own planning application ever again, Great team

Even though these windows and doors were not our cheapest quote the customer se4vice was good and the quality of the products fair outweighed other companies.

We are very pleased with our new silver sparkle resin driveway.
We were originally going to get this done eventually as our front garden looked a mess after having a garage extension done on our drive which was laid when the house was built in the 70's. Unbeknown to me, my wife had a knock on the door from Apple asking if we were interested and she knew I wanted a price to have an idea of how much it would cost to get it done. So a week later Ryan the designer came around and took a look and gave us a price. It came in around the the price I wanted to pay so I thought why not. It was a month away from Christmas so it would have been nice to get it completed by then. Apple accommodated us in that respect, a survey was completed, and the driveway team were on site in the beginning of December. It wasn't easy as some of the drainpipes were shallow and we have underground springs, but they fitted a soakaway at no extra cost!

The whole job took less than 4 days then a few days to set hard. We have had so many comments on how lovely it is from neighbours and delivery drivers. They commented on how helpful the addition of our house number is to the drive. If I could only add the images to trustpilot! We are so pleased with our new drive, it makes for a grand entrance to our property and with an added bonus at night...it sparkles!

Before: our last driveway and hard standing was put down about thirty years ago. The tarmac was beginning to crumble and moss was well established. The flagstones and pavers had faded, were dirty and weeds were growing between the flags.

Execution: Alan came and took various measurements and discussed with us what we wanted to achieve by having a resin driveway laid. There was a ‘useless’ piece of border that could be removed and two very unsightly manhole covers that would be replaced and blended into the final finish. The surface would be extended down both sides of the house to replace the paver pathways which also grew a rampant crop of weeds.

The team attended over two days, prepared the surfaces and laid the new material on the second day. The stone/resin was laboriously smoothed by hand and effort was made how it was blended in at the edges.

The only inconvenience is that one should not walk on the surface for 24 hours or drive on it for 48; but we had been warned about this in advance.

Result: we are delighted with the new driveway. The colour matched, almost exactly the colour of the previous surface. The surface is smooth and does not ‘hold’ dirt the way a tarmac surface does. So far, there are no signs of weeds appearing, even round the edges. The manholes have all but disappeared.

Placed order in March with a promise of an install date within weeks. 8 MONTHS LATER they eventually did what they said was finish the job. Absolute nightmare; doors the wrong size; no inclination to complete snagging without pressure from me; multiple visits to re-spray the frames they had scratched - each time with the wrong colour paint (and when they got the colour right they over-sprayed green onto the white walls). Individual tradesmen were great but the project management and ownership of issues from the company were breathtakingly appalling.

Have used Apple a few times and always found their service to be good and product quality and smooth installation excellent. Would recommend.

We have had a variety of work carried out by Apple over a number of years and have always returned to them as we have never been disappointed with the results. We will certainly call on them again when further work is necessary.

The work has always been carried out promptly, efficiently and without mess.

New Front Door.
I recently had a new front door supplied and fitted by Apple. I was impressed with the range of styles, colours and door furniture available and the quality and appearance of the door are everything I could have hoped for. I was happy with the service I received from both the sales team and the fitter and, although the original date for fitting had to be changed at quite short notice, it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The new door has been greatly admired by many visitors to my home.

This is the second time I have used Apple to supply replacement windows and have been delighted both times. This last installation was of an extremely tall window on a very cold and windy day. The team made an excellent job of removing the old and fitting the new window with minimum mess despite the challenging conditions.

Wonderful service. Used Apple several years ago to replace a conservatory roof & have been very pleased with it. So much so, that very recently had them supply & fit a stable door in my kitchen, replacing an old wooden one. Plus ... three windows in my son & daughter-in-law's house; all very satisfied.

Another visit from Apple to rectify problems. Trim on front window was loosened slightly to check that windows were sealed properly, this 1 is foamed which is apparently to MTC standard however nor sealed flush to the frame, the trim was not sealed again despite the fact we now have to wait for another appointment for the windows and doors to be sealed properly, how long this will be is anybody's guess, as winter has now well and truly arise I expect a loose window trim will allow the ingress of moisture/rain when it appears. Site surveyor was rude and spoke to us as if we were uneducated. Contradicted himself on many occasions, and basically said if the products were installed properly further work would not be necessary. Why weren't they fitted correctly in the first place.

A disaster from start to finish, if it was finished. We arranged a grass installation in July and it is still not done. They failed to show up for the last attempt to install and took a week of daily emails for a week to get an answer as to why they did not come. They have since left our garden a tip. I was advised 2 weeks ago that someone would come around and make it useable for the winter. No one has and no one seems to want to reply to me or my wife. They want to take payments for a job not finished and say there is nothing they can do about it, but talking to Barclays all it takes is a phone call and hey presto sorted. All the above is the tip of the iceberg. Please ado not use Apple ever
