Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the work me and my wife had done By Apple. From start to finish the whole process of the conservatory installation was great. Will definitely come back to Apple for future work on our house.

Product is poor and installers are far from satisfactory. Patio door installed doesn't lock properly and front door is forever settling on hinges even though we have had technicians back a couple of times to rectify. 2 of the windows fitted had to be refitted because of bad installation.

Once you are on their marketing list you continually get calls from their sales terms. It has taken months to get off the list even though we have repeated asked to be removed. Continually having sales people knocking on the door trying to flog their substandard products but can't seem to stop that. AVOID!!!

We recently had new windows and doors throughout the house and we have been delighted with the service and quality we had 2 friendly guys to fit everything i would recomend apple to anyone else thinking of getting new doors and windows fitted

We've just had the new glass put onto our conservatory. Excellent work was carried out right from the beginning to the very end. We rate the fitter and the electrician 100% each.
What a difference this new glass makes to our conservatory. Overall it now looks and feels wonderful and makes it look bigger inside.

We already had a conservatory from Apple and found the new windows to be of an extremely high standard. Installed in less than a day with no damage either inside or out

I have always found this company easy and good to deal with. The three installations they have done for me in the last few years have been done on time and with the minimum disruption. The teams who have carried out the work have been friendly and as far as I can tell competent. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The only problem was that the salesman I was supposed to have was called away. I had a new man who went into more detail than was needed and was too pushy.
However, I received an apology and was offered a better price. The installation went very smoothly. The men who did it were polite and efficient. The windows themselves seem to be of excellent quality.

I have purchased a number of products from Apple ranging from guttering, fascias and soffits, a new conservatory with a Livin Roof and most recently a new front door. The reason I keep going back to the same company is the professionalism of the team, both the sales and installers, and also the quality of the products.

Good quality products. Had slight problem with composite front door but Apple quickly rectified this although it did take 2 visits.

From speaking to the sales person through to the fitters, we found the whole experience was carried out in a very professional manner, the job being done on the day promised with little disruption to the household and the property left in a very clean condition. This is the third job that Apple have done for us and we would use them again.

From the man who came out to give us a quote to the man who fitted our windows Apple were professional from start to finish. There was no pressure at all to purchase which was a real God send. We are really pleased with job.

We are very pleased with our replacement windows - the thicker glass has substantially reduced traffic noise which was a problem with our old windows. It has also made the house warmer which will again be a benefit in the winter.

We had all our windows replaced earlier this year and are very pleased with them, not the cheapest but very good quality and security features, especially being able to lock them with a small air gap for ventilation. The two guys who fitted them were very professional and tidy in their work, everything cleared away when they left. If there was one complaint it was that there was no follow up when work was completed except for a courtesy call from the office and the advertising board eventually came off in the high winds. Would still recommend though.

Apple made an excellent job of replacing our old draughty front door which is now the envy of our neighbours. We were so impressed we had them return to replace or bathroom window. The work was carried out to a high standard and completed in good time by courteous workman. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Well known local company who understand customer's needs and present an extremely attractive product in a professional manner. Their installation team was extremely capable and efficient. We appreciated the various methods of payment that were offered.
Not only is there the Company's guarantee but also guarantees operative through third parties if there is a difficulty with Apple.

Although the initial installation of our windows was sub standard,
the team headed by Leigh have done an excellent job of rectifying the problems.We are now satisfied with Apple.

We have used 'Apple ' before and been pleased with their work so much so we have bought other products from them.
Our latest installation of a window and glass replacement was undertaken professionally, efficiently and without any mess or problems. The men were friendly and worked hard to make the installation go without a hitch. We continue to be impressed by their service and know that on previous occasion when we have had a problem they have responded quickly to resolve any issues.No problems this time and would trust them to do any future work we need.

Previously we had a conservatory installed by Apple and we are delighted with that so when the front windows needed replacement we went to Apple. Although not the cheapest on the market, the product is first class and they are very good with the after sales service which we had to use on a couple of items on the conservatory. These were attended to without quibble.
