Item never turned up, bad communication.
Ordered a tesla cooker that was set to arrive on a certain date, by the time the date arrived the delivery company never delivered the item, and when told it would be the next day, it still never turned up, whenever I tried to contact the delivery company I would get minimal to no contact and they never set a secondary date like they said they were going to, ended up having to ask for a refund and look else where.

Joke of a company. Sent me items missing multiple parts. When I requested them they expect me to book half a day off work for a collection and for them to then send out a replacement. Item was only £8.99 and they expect me to loose £200 in earnings to fix their mistake. Absolute joke

Ordered full kitchen package worth over 3 000. Almost all appliances came with problems. Most of them had been used, lack spare parts, original cables had been cut, plugs connected, etc. Dealing with customer services is a nightmare, every new response is from a new team member who asks the same questions as the predecessor.
