Every single step of dealing with this company has been horrible.
Ordered a washing machine and fridge freezer, both to be unpackaged and installed. They arrived on the same day but two separate deliveries, the first drivers had no clue they had to install anything, they just left the washing machine in the middle of the kitchen. Had to ring up customer service, they managed to sort out the second delivery drivers to install the washing machine, which they failed to do so as they bizarrely arrived with no tools. They suggested for me to drill through the kitchen panels as the water pipes and plug were too short, so I started doing so, but they said it would take too long and left.
Once they left I had a look at the washing machine and noticed lots of dints, scrapes and signs of usage. Then I opened it and saw water marks and traces of laundry powder, then I moved the washing machine to the side and noticed a big puddle on the kitchen floor and it hasn't even been installed, they tried to sell a used item as new. Then, I looked at the fridge freezer, it seemed new but the freezer door was wonky and bulging out... requested refund on both.
3 days passed and nothing, rang customer service again, they organised someone to pick it up the following week. Both items were picked up, only received refund for the washing machine. Rang again, turns out they forgot to process the refund for the fridge freezer even though the drivers knew what they had to pick up. At least the customer service staff have been kind and tried to help.

still waiting for collection and refund.
it's been over a week since I reported that the appliances were faulty, and I am still awaiting collection and refund. The fridge and the dishwasher are smelling like hell, as they had been used and then re-packaged to deliver to me. In the fridge, the cryon is leaking as they drilled through the protective layer in the freezer. In the dishwasher, remnants of chemicals are inside. Horrible service.

Sent wrong colour fridge
Sent wrong colour fridge. Obviously didn't have any in stock so sent another colour rather than lose a sale. Also very short power lead. Delivery wasn't great but the guy's had a very long day in a van with no aircon, 7am to 7pm Delivery slot lads arrived 8.30 pm .Hope they are well paid?

The telephone assistance was really efficient and ordering the item. It arrived within the time given, and we are happy with the item.
There was only one man who delivered the fridge/freezer safely into our garage and took our old one away. I was expecting him to have set it up and got the plug ready to put in, but he hadn’t done that so luckily my husband could move it out to retrieve the plug and then back into place and levelling the feet to stop it wobbling.
