Faulty radiator
We received a vertical rad, all delivered on time, all good, we couldn’t arrange with our plumber to fit this until 6 weeks later, when all plumbed in we discovered it leaked, from a small fracture between the two panels, we contacted the company and sent photos and video of it leaking, the customer service is not UK based, we told that as it was over the 28 days there was nothing they could do, we then asked about the warranty but apparantly a crack in the rad is not covered and the customer service person could not tell us what was? We then received an email to say our enquiry was closed.
Very disappointed, we have brought 5 rads from the company and all we wanted was a replacement, the customer service person told us that we should have tested it before we put it on the wall?
We won’t use them again, we’ve just spent over a thousand pounds with them, also be very aware that any dealings is not in the UK

Excellent service
The delivery was very quick within a day. I received a phone call on the day I ordered explaining everything. I had paid for the delivery to be taken into the kitchen and all packing removed. The delivery men were really helpful and took all the packaging and checked over everything before they left.

The delivery driver had no floor…
The delivery driver had no floor protection with then and dragged the fridge along the floor and made large scrapes and scuffs and don'ts in the woodend floor. Even when I told them to put a rug down they continued to drag it and put pressure on it damaging my floor and scratching the new fridge.
They didn't seem to fair and just said get in touch with the company.
