I purchased an installation pack with the washing machine. First installation team flooded the kitchen and the second team destroyed the furniture. The second washing machine had to be installed by a private company. I emailed all the evidence to Appliances Direct on time, but they closed the case as the have not received the evidence. (?!!)

Great delivery driver and service but
Great delivery driver, gave us 30 minutes notice before arriving, placed the freezer exactly where we wanted it.
Product looks great value for money, hopefully it will last many years. The only thing that let you down was the many phone calls pretending to check delivery details but actually the purpose was clearly to sell us breakdown warranty -pity!
