April Properties were very professional in helping us rent a house in Leytonstone. We moved from Europe to UK for the first time and it was not easy for us arranging everything from abroad, but Edward and team were quite flexible and ensured us a smooth move right from the viewing to document collection/verification and handing in over the keys! They provided us with useful information on house rules etc thereby relieving the stress and fear of a completely new place. The storm was the only bad thing on our arrival and they quite helped on that too by warming up the house a bit for us before we arrived!
Edward was also very thoughtful checking on us every now and then to ensure we were fine with the house and also gave us some very helpful information on the neighborhood!
Indeed that was a warm welcome and seamless move for us! Would recommend their service definitely.

I cannot thank April Lettings enough for all their help and support in helping me find my dream property. I met Ezgi when I went for a viewing. She was very professional and happy to answer any questions i had. She managed to contact the landlord and accept my offer the same day - bear in mind this was on a Saturday at around 4pm! The contract and references process only took two days, with the help of Gintare - another member of the wonderful team at April Lettings. It was a very simple process and stress-free. Upon collecting my keys, I was presented with a booklet about the property and all the required certificates. The extra time and effort that they put into making sure the process is as easy as possible does not go unnoticed. I would definitely recommend finding a property with Ezgi and her team at April Properties to find yourself the perfect place to call a home.

I used April Properties to let my 3 bed property in East London in September 19 - very fast & efficient service and got me some really great tenants very quickly within about 10 days. I have the managed service and enjoy liaising with Ezgi, she is really easy to deal with and she is a human being which is more than you can say for a lot of Estate Agents. Whilst at the same time being professional. She helped me a great deal when we had a boiler breakdown. You don't have to ring around chasing thngs up because she gets things done. I also viewed quite a few properties for sale also, still searching for the ultimate property but overall, I recommend this agency for letting or if you're looking to buy a property. Sarah
