Great service, knowledgeable and friendly
Due to covid I haven’t dived for a while, on checking my kit I found I needed a new wetsuit, reg bag and a replacement strap for my computer. I struggled to find the right size as I’m tall, one call to Lizzie at Aquanauts , she took my measurements and she was on the case. Within the hour she’d found me a great suit at a good price, even trying it against colleagues to be sure. I was happy with the price they quoted, then they reduced by a further £20 , what’s not to like? Great service
Everything was securely despatched via DPD (not Evri than goodness) and arrived safely a day earlier than advertised (might be a problem for some but I was fine (and that’s down to DPD being too good anyway)).
The wetsuit fit me perfectly and seems great value. Thank you Lizzie and Derek (the other member of staff was polite and friendly too but I can’t remember his name) I shall definitely ring you first if I need anything further.

Great communicators
Aquanauts ship fast and have great prices.
The best thing about them though is that they don't mess you around - they will call you and let you know where you stand - e.g. if an order is only partially in stock they call and make sure you have the option to make other plans.
