First order wasn’t confirmed for 5 days second order confirmed in seconds but no sign of the order and tracking is not available!

Almost 5 out of 5 but not quite.
The tank is excellent and communication was great. The price was the best I could find for a new tank. The only small criticism was the item I ordered was out of stock but the website did not indicate this despite other things showing out of stock. I paid for express delivery as I needed it ASAP. Aquanauts apologised and refunded the express delivery I chose to keep the order and cancelled my plans but now the tank is here I'm more than pleased with the product.

I have looked into your order and I can see on the notes we had a label mix up, which meant you received someone else's order and they received yours. I can also see we arranged for the courier to collect the incorrectly delivered item and deliver the correct item after this had been returned to the shop. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience caused.
