Completely unprofessional
After reading all positive reviews and being recommended by many friends, we decided to buy a kayak. It was guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. No kayak has turned up! 54hrs after the order went in, 4 emails, 3 messages on facebook and over 20 phonecall still heard nothing. Eventually got a message to say they were sorry but they no longer had the stock and would give a full refund. However, still showing on the website as in stock. Completely unprofessional and didn't have the decency to let us know as soon as they realised their error - only through me pestering them! Would not recommend and will not use again
