i just ordered from Aquatics and there was so much choice.The prices are really reasonable,and my order was delivered quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them every time.Plus my fishes are happy, so so am I!.

First order I've placed and I can't fault it. Ordered a Biorb Flow 30. These are £160 in pets at home but only £114 with aquatics warehouse and free delivery. Came within two days and the DPD courier tracking meant I knew exactly when it was going to arrive. Perfect product. Very impressed will be using again. Thanks

I've dealt with Aquatics Warehouse on a couple of occasions now and can't complain about the service I've received. The customer service is excellent, the response time to email correspondence is very quick and even after some time from first buying something from the company and inquiring about a new part I needed they remembered me and were able to send the part free of charge. One of the best companies I've dealt with over the internet. Prices are very reasonable and they have a great variety of stock. Fully recommend their service, thanks guys!

I found it really easy to use the web site, there is a wide selection of products. I was unclear which type of filter I required, so rang the direct number and the staff gave me clear and informative advice, they were patient and very helpful and even took my order over the telephone. I shopped around for a few weeks and hesitated buying a Tetratec EX700 until I found a great price here. In all, I saved £15 and there was free P&P too. Arrived quickly and I could track my delivery almost to the minute. Great price, fast service and top delivery.

The prices are very competitive and you have the advantage of building points to use as a discount on future orders. Their website is very clear and easy to use when ordering. Delivery is always prompt and the company they use is first class, always keeping you up to date as to your delivery time. I have no problem recommending this company .

pump was delieverd next day- when had been expecting a 3 day delivery, is currently working a treat and was the cheapest I found online.

My old Blagdon pump which had given me many years service finally expired recently, but sadly they do not make the same model any longer. A quick look on the web revealed that a similar pump by Blagdon is now available and the product was selected from the Aquatics Warehouse due to their very good price. After a few simple clicks, the product was purchased and delivery was made very smoothly and on time by the Aquatics Warehouse with regular e-mail updates informing me of progress. I have now put a shortcut to their website on my desktop so next time I have need, I will be only one click away from the solution. A very good company to deal with.

Had every thing I wanted at a great price and delivered very quickly

After being so impressed with the delivery for a specially ordered item that they didn't usually stock, I decided to write a review and give a little back to this company.

My experience with this company was fantastic on the whole.

I first found this site by searching on Google for a new pressure filter to replace my old green box one and they were the cheapest so i clicked through to their site. I don't particularly like giving my card details over the internet so i phoned up to place my order and spoke to a very helpful gentleman called john. He gave me ample information on the new filter and really helped me to feel confident with my purchase. While on the phone I remembered that my pump had been getting clogged and that i had actually snapped one of the propellor bits while cleaning it. It still worked but barely, and didn't pump as much water as fast as it used to. I asked him to recommend me a new pump that would suit this new filter and instead he explained that it was possible to get a replacement propellor to bring my old pump back up to scratch for cheaper but that it wasn't something they usually stocked so it might hold the order up for up to a week.

I thought it was great of him not to take the bigger sale of the pump and offer me the cheaper alternative and agreed as i wasn't in too much of a rush.

My new filter arrived with the new propellor 3 days after ordering and has made a tremendous difference to the pond. I can see right down to the bottom now and the fish seem more active.

I buy my food for my fish and anything else i need for the pond from this site now and am always pleased with the service and the price.

Usually the delivery people even send me a text to say when they are close to delivering.
