My order was dealt with very efficiently and a minor discrepancy in the box (unknown by the store) was rectified very quickly.

Ordered without any long drawn out "membership" rubish, kept up to date with the order by text and email then given a small timeslot for delivery on the morning it was due meaning I could go out if needed without worrying about missing the delivery !! An excellent service and very good prices, I would recommend Aquatics Warehouse to anyone whos into fish keeping.

This company is an absolute DISGRACE!

Ordered products on a Thursday at around 12 noon (well before their 2pm cutoff for same day despatch) and paid extra for next day courier delivery as I needed the items on Friday. By Monday evening I still hadn't received them or any kind of email or phone call explaining why, so I emailed them kindly asking them for a status update. The email was ignored.

On Thursday, one week after I ordered and paid for next day delivery, I still hadn't heard anything so I logged into PayPal and opened a case against them in the resolution centre, pointing out that they were ignoring my emails and asking for a refund so I can buy from elsewhere. Of course, they didn't bother to reply to that either.

On Friday, I had still received no delivery, no phone call, no reply to my email and no contact in the PayPal resolution centre so I escalated the dispute to a claim. Within minutes they refunded the payment with an apologetic note (this was for the benefit of PayPal so they didn't make themselves look bad), then a nobody who works for this company started sending me abusive threatening emails.

I am so utterly disgusted at the behaviour of this company that I instructed my solicitor to obtain from Companies House the director names and addresses of "Norbreck Nurseries Limited" who run "aquatics-warehouse.co.uk". I emailed the company asking for the contact details of the company directors so I can contact them directly to let them know about the disgusting and appalling behaviour of their staff member towards their customers and of course I received no response.

I haven’t heard from anybody at the company since requesting the contact details of the directors so I will be instructing my solicitor to take legal action against this company and seeking damages for the threatening and abusive emails that I received from them.

From the reviews that I have read on here and on other sites, this kind of abusive threatening behaviour from "Norbreck Nurseries Limited" is extremely common and I'd urge others to seek legal advice if you've received the same kind of abusive threatening emails from them as I have, and it appears I am not alone with being on the receiving end of this kind of abuse.

Seriously people, avoid this company and take legal action against them if you've been on the receiving end of their abusive threatening emails. Like others have said, thank god I paid through PayPal so I had their support in getting my payment refunded so I could buy from elsewhere.

I ordered some Nishikoi Pond Fish Food because google quoted them as being the cheapest, on Tuesday at 3.30 in the afternoon. It was delivered the following day Wednesday morning.I have dealt with this firm on the internet for over 10 years and stuff comes in good time but this time was exceptional. Thats what I call service.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Customer service is non existent so if you have a problem or query then you're out of luck here.

Ordered items with express delivery, 4 days later I'm still waiting. I called them and was told I need to wait another 5 days. I'm the one having to do the calling and chasing up - not them. They do not care at all.

I was swore at down the phone and had personal insults emailed to me. Please contact me to see a copy of it.

I ordered my pump at 3.30pm on Monday and it was delivered by 10am on Tuesday with free delivery. I received a number of messages to advise the status of the order and even what time to expect delivery

The product was way cheaper than I could buy anywhere else and is the well known Blagdon range.

I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a great price and great service.

Easy to use web site, good products and very fast delivery will most certainly use store again.
Would have been nice to get a text when item had been despatched though, nearly missed delivery.

ordered a product 8days ago item shown as available on the website... The order was placed and i paid extra for Royal mail 1st class postage.. (1-3 working days )... guess what ... still waiting !! no phone call or email... Contacted them direct and the women i spoke to was very poor on customer satisfaction...! unhelpful completely !.. no offer of a refund on postage but i was told i may receive my item in the next few days ...!! very poor customer care and support...!! would not use again or recommend...!! unless you want your item for Christmas !! estimated time of arrival.. 10-11 days !

Having spent many years in the aquatics game and purchased supply's from a wide variety of suppliers I'm pleased to say Aquatics Warehouse UK tops the lot of them. Not only do they have someone whom is incredibly helpful at the end of the phone they deliver on time at a great price.

Ordered a BiOrb tank for my son for Christmas. Aquatics Warehouse were over £20 cheaper than my local shop and free delivery arrived very quickly.

Unfortunately, he opened the box on Christmas morning to find a couple of problems (not the fault of the shop). Barry at Aquatics Warehouse was really helpful. They answered emails first thing on 27th December and organised everything. He sorted out a replacement and collected the faulty stuff straight away. Brilliant Service.

My original order for a Blagdon 6000 and an air pump were quickly delivered. When, after 27 months into 3-years guarantee, the Blagdon failed, the day before I left for a brief holiday, the exchange was completed before my return without need for signatures, on either party, simply by providing delivery instructions/request.
First class service in a time when so many companies attempt to duck out of their obligation. Thank you.

Ordered a skimmer on-line which was out of stock. I was refunded for the timed delivery and the skimmer arrived in perfect condition a few days later.

I bought a pond pump nearly three years ago that went wrong and they replaced it for me with a new one without any messing about..

I'm still waiting my order i think that this site is is a fraud had no response from them at all regarding my order but my money was taken quickly enough beware this site
