**Utterly Disgraceful Product and Even Worse Customer Service – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!**

I am beyond disappointed with both the faulty magnet cleaner I received and the absolutely appalling customer service that followed. This product, which cost me nearly £90, *did not work at all*. The blades were faulty, and the cleaner would not even make proper contact with the glass of my fish tank – rendering it completely useless from day one.

I contacted the seller immediately and even sent multiple videos showing the issue in detail. At first, they seemed cooperative and agreed to replace the item. I returned the faulty cleaner, trusting they would honor their word. BIG MISTAKE.

Once they received the item, the seller *went completely silent*. When I followed up, I was met with rude, dismissive replies and a complete refusal to either refund me or replace the item. Instead, they started spouting off about their “40 years of experience” and their “star ratings” – neither of which meant anything when faced with a customer issue they clearly had no intention of resolving.

To add insult to injury, they started giving absurd excuses for not replacing the item – despite having video evidence and the returned product in hand. They are now keeping both my money and the faulty item, and have *flat out refused* to do anything about it.

This is nothing short of *fraudulent*. I feel completely scammed. These people are not trustworthy, and they clearly have no regard for their customers once they have your money. I will be uploading all the videos and correspondence for anyone considering buying from these conmen. Let the evidence speak for itself.

**DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.** Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Total rip-off.

Purchased 2 L128, lost one within hours of receiving them, it didn’t look great in the bag but still alive (barely), they messaged me before shipping showing fin damage asking me if i was ok with that, but obviously it was a lot more than that, the second seems ok for now

Have to report to paypal to get refund . A reply don't cost anything

Bought a pump which I returned via courier because it wasn’t powerful enough.Requested refund on numerous occasions but no response or refund.
Had to raise a claim with Paypal and waiting for refund. Based on several other reviews this seems to be their normal behaviour.

Ordered two lots of Tetra pond food, cost 48 pounds, free delivery, so thought this would be good, I received no confirmation of the order at all, I had to check my Credit Card company to find the money had been paid, no notification that the goods were despatched or when they would be delivered, sent via Royal Mail and delivered with 7 days, which is good, but honestly, no notificiations, no order acknowledgement, ridiculous, I would not use again for this reason, they may be cheaper but not good, also often when trying to get on their website my browser tells me it won't let me in as it is a suspect site, never again.

Absolute shambles of an organisation. Received a pump that did not work. Ok it happens. Not a biggy. But from then on a complete nightmare. Returned it. No refund. Continued to provide no refund for the returned item until I had to open a case with PayPal. Still did not respond via PayPal. In the end I have had to have PayPal reverse the transaction rather than them actually refunding the item voluntarily. My advice avoid at all costs. There are far better companies out there. Things can go wrong but not to refund someone for a returned item when it was proven to be delivered back to them stinks to be honest. Never again.

I ordered an internal filter - on day 6 I requested an update on the order as it hadn't been delivered. I was then informed it was out of stock. They never had the professional decency, called customer care, to let me know. I then requested a refund with immediate effect. I then received an email stating the order had been cancelled and NO MONIES TAKEN. This was utter rubbish as my bank statement said otherwise. With regard to my email saying i wanted a refund with immediate effect, they replied saying the money had been reimbursed "with immediate effect!" Yes, with an exclamation mark. To me, this reads as total sarcasm. I wouldn't go near this "business" ever again.

Ordered a pond pump,,, however I cancelled it immediately as it was the wrong one. I spoke to someone on the phone to confirm cancellation and then received an email saying the item was out of stock and no money had been taken, this was a lie as it had gone from my paypal account. 11 days later I am still waiting for my refund of £89, I have called several times regarding this issue, and have ended up opening a dispute with paypal AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 2 Eheim 150W heaters on Sunday, paid for fast delivery and received them on Tuesday, both heaters are working fine so far. Only bad point was no communication whatsoever (except the standard Paypal receipt) was a little dubious as to whether I'd get them or not (especially with the other reviews on this site) but they arrived on time without issue.

I brought 2 corner eheim filters, one was faulty. They took forever emailing me after telling me on the phone they don't deal with faults over the phone. Emails were so limited, one sentence. I returned the filter as directed. I heard nothing, then after further emailing them finally i got a, "we've not received it" one sentence email, then no reply ever again. Dodgy company with zero customer service, I was clearly in need in my emails and they happily rip me off and ignore me.

Ordered from this website last year with no problem but this year unable to repeat the same order. When I tried to ring them it took most of the day to get through.
They also sent me a 25% discount code for confirming my email under GDPR with no date expiry noted on it but this was not honoured when I spoke to them - I was told there was a very short life on this code - not acceptable customer service .
Won't use again. Avoid.

I purchased a special offer 250ml bottle of Prime which comes with a additional 125ml free on Saturday morning, and it arrived Monday morning. You cant fault the service and a great price to. This was my first order with this company and I have nothing but praise I will use them again!

Sadly a total disappointment. I ordered a few items for my tank and paid the £6:99 for next day delivery. The order didn't turn up at the end of the next day so I called and it just rang out. The following day I called early but the number was engaged .......all day! I emailed a few times using the address on the invoice that was sent to me and also via the website. No response. Starting to think it's not a real company. Confused as to the reviews that say it's a great service etc, possibly friends of the 'company'. My advice would be not to order from this company unless you speak to them and do not pay until the order is delivered.

ordered pump for next day delivery and paid 6.99. did not arrive so chased order to be told out of stock and would be 2-3 days longer.man very rude on telephone and told me he would refund it and hung up.hoping not to lose fish now because of being let down.been in retail for over 30 years and never treated my customers this way.

My pond pump went down, so needed one pretty quick. Ordered one at the weekend, delivered first thing Monday morning. Great service!!!!
I was having trouble receiving e-mails at the time, so I phoned in to the shop. I spoke to a very pleasant guy at the other end who confirmed my order and informed me about delivery. If I have the misfortune to have another breakdown I will definitely use them again.

Our old Blagden Pump packed in suddenly, I found Aquatics Warehouse on a search engine, it was meant to be, I rang for assistance and was given some excellent advice, by John. I now have the best uptodate Blagden Pump in our fish ponds, it works excellently, far better than our old one. Delivered the next day, fitted and we were soon up and running again. I would recommend Aquatics Warehouse to everyone.
