ARC service number from xpeng told " service only fom monday to friday"!!! We left the car at a fuel station finally. On monday, ARC send an ADAC service truck, but they denied to bring my car to the next xpeng partner 50 km away, which is confirmed in my service contract. After 2 hrs of phoning with ARC, xpeng and my service partner, everything seems to be agreed correctly.. but what happend? The driver of the ADAC service truck received an order to unload my car and return to his base, without turning my car to the garage...! Unbelievable.. Several phone calls later ARC promise me now, that they sent another truck to help, who should call me quickly... currently waiting again. May be it's an ADAC problem (local german service provider). Conclusion: The entire process of ARC and its local partners is a catastrophe. Lessons learned: Next car is BMW again. BMW has top driver services.

iv just had a text from ARC EUROPE Ltd, mentioning a non existent debt with South staffs water, iv never owed South staffs anything, I'm sure ARC have got this fake debt from a company called oops and they got it frome hacking. It started several years ago with a demand from oops strangely enough exactly the same as a bill I had received only about a week earlier apx £90, i phoned South staffs and was told by a manager they wouldn't chase someone that quickly and they don't use debt collectors, then I read an earlier letter apx 5 months from South staffs warning of a dater hack, eventually when I mentioned how oops got their info they stopped harassing me.
PS, DON'T EVER GIVE COMPANY'S LIKE THIS ANY MORE PERSONAL INFO THAN THAN THEY ALREADY HAVE INCLUDING PARKING TICKET Co, AS THEY'RE OFTEN UNACCREDITED CHANCERS AND CAN'T GET YOUR ADDRESS WITHOUT YOU GIVING IT TO THEM.
Smelly collectors with nothing better to do than harass people. I am now going through the complaints process with the Financial Ombudsman in line with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Consumer Credit sourcebook. Get scared.
Just received a letter to my home address, but addressed to a name not known to me, claiming to be collecting money owed to Bannatyne Gym. Whilst I must consider one day joining a gym to get fit I can confirm to you cowboys that’s I’ve actually never set foot in one. What a load of losers. Pls close down and stop attempting to scam people, makes me feel sick!!

My son who is 15 opened an account after seeing a advert saying 2 month free gym membership with virgin team. Even when filling in details he lied about his age online to say he is older. When theyasked for hin to bring id obviously he didnt follow through as he knew he was not honest. When they started asking for payments he come and told me what he did, i berated him and educated him about small prints and bad credit history and how it can affect his future. He apologised and i was already paying for another gym and i asked him why he wanted another membership he said i didnt know it was a 12 month contract membership. I thought they will just let me use it for free fir a month. I then email virgin told them what has happned and they said since he hasnt brought an ID they will cancel tge account. And we paid the 50 outstanding fee. 5 weeks later we get a bailiff letter from arc saying we owe 1300. So arc europe i couldnt get hold of anyone phone and now you collect debt from children???

ARC Europe has been nothing short of a nightmare. They contacted me about a £120 debt I wasn’t even aware of—likely due to having moved house—and they had no current information about me other than my phone number. Despite this, I tried to settle the full amount immediately. Shockingly, they refused and insisted on a payment plan. When I declined and asked them to return the debt to the original creditor, they outright refused.
What followed was pure harassment. I now receive multiple phone calls a day, often from mobile numbers, and if I don’t answer, they escalate. The most disturbing part? An individual named “Ali” from ARC created an Instagram account just to follow and message me—completely inappropriate and creepy. I’ve also been contacted via WhatsApp and even received calls in the middle of the night—once at 3:27 AM.
This level of unprofessionalism is appalling. I’ve attempted in good faith to resolve the matter, but instead I’m being stalked online and hounded by phone. For a company chasing a £120 debt, this behaviour is wildly disproportionate and downright disturbing. Stop contacting me on social media, and stop calling me at night.

Glorified loan sharks. Arc Europe buys debt from other companies regardless of the circumstances and whether the defendant is in the right. When these large companies know they don’t have a leg to stand on ( in my case, Freedom Brokers) but still demand money they will use companies like Arc to sell their debt. Arc Europe don’t care who is the victim in these cases and only see an easy way to make money by threatening people with extreme measures and damaging your credit score. Just remember, if a debt company buys your debt, your agreement isn’t with them it’s with the company you entered into an agreement with, so Arc by Law have no right to file any bad debts with Experian. They can only badger you and scare you into paying. In my case they passed on my details without my permission to a third “door step” debt recovery company who were very aggressive over the phone. Again, remember these “door step” clowns have no power either, so even if they did turn up at your door they have to leave if you tell them. If they don’t, then they are breaking the Law. Only baliffs have the right to demand payment at your home through a court order. Know your rights and don’t let any of these clowns intimidate you. I’m still waiting on a reply regarding them breaching my data protection rights and lying to me over the phone.

Please take any letters they send you to the police and prosecute those corks. They have sent me fake paper copy number 3 lol of the letter stating that I have an outstanding debt through Santander. lol I don’t bank with Santander and I called their fraud team. Provided all the details and Santander fraud team stated that ARC Europe are using pressure tactics to collect nonexistent debt ….If they call you block them and refer to police for fraudulent investigation.

scammers. Sent me dodgy looking amateur scanned piece of paper asking me to contact them regarding some debt..Lol ...Avoid and blocked
Being harassed by this company for an apparent debt owed to Santander. I have never had any account whatsoever with Santander & it is clearly a fraud by someone who is using my details illegally. I contacted this company to explain, but they refused to talk to me unless I provided all my personal details for data protection reasons! A professional debt recovery company should at least do some checks of the details of alleged debtors before bombarding the wrong person whose details have been fraudulently used with aggressive letters and threatening recovery action!
Extremely poor & unprofessional. A formal complaint has been made.

If I could give 0 stars I would, harassed me by phone numerous times a day for a gym membership which was paid and up to date. Received a disgusting email saying they had passed it onto solicitors. Do not trust this company they run with out of date records and will threaten you multiple times a day.

Arc Europe were sent a “debt” against me by David Lloyd! Despite my showing proof that this is not a debt as notice was provided as per the t&c’s of my membership; ARC Europe have not listened, they haven’t tried to resolve (purely following the direction of DL), and have now referred this to a solicitor to put to court!
They are writing to an address I moved out of 4 years ago (noticed this on todays email) and therefore preventing my defending this claim properly.
I have all the email communications between myself and DL and ARC! ARC have been provided proof that notice was provided in line with contract t&c’s but their too busy trying to extort money out of me with little consideration to the stress this is causing me!
A complete Waste of all of our time and potentially a CJ against me as no one is writing to the correct address and no one is being “human” on this matter!
Will be looking to take this further against both companies!
Customer service dont answer
they are unfriendly
and I have to paid a lot of money for call
ARC have been acting in behalf of an insurance company to whom I owed money. In about 3 calls with them, I have always found them to be polite, professional, helpful & understanding. I cannot therefore understand why others have posted negative comments about them. Perhaps I've just been lucky with getting someone nice? I would particularly commend their "Lilli" for being so nice, listened patiently & had full empathy with my financial difficulties & mental health issues. She agreed to put my debt on hold for 30 days, allowing me time to get some financial advice & decide how to proceed before I speak to them again. I was very anxious about speaking to them but she allayed all my fears & put me at ease. In my experience, few debt management companies are worthy of positive feedback but ARC Europe certainly are!
Strange that this company is linked so much with a gym.
The gym in particular is another story, like so many others I have had a bad experience with YouFit gym and ARC (assumed debt collecting agency).
I received an email and text message from this lowlife, at first I was highly suspicious suspecting a scam as they spelt my name as Jhon.
YouFit gym were clearly in the wrong, in many ways and admitted so, I have now sent a second email as I insist on written confirmation that this has been cancelled and not affected my credit rating.
If they do not respond I am seriously considering legal advice. and reporting both companies to the media.
This is bully boy tactics and should be stopped.
Cancelled my gym membership due to financial changes and they continued to harass me daily.
The worst part was on the 24/02/23 I encountered Rude, hostile female employee who couldn't even say the right name on the phone to me, and continued to have terrible manners and people skills when I explained I had been in contact with the gym and that their services were not needed.
Very insensitive company and need to train there employees in basic manners and people skills.
