I buyed an washing machine and they tried to deliver with a lorry and because they were impossible to fit that lorry on our area they chose to deliver the item in a week time later. Even I chose and payed for all the service they chose this outcome to reschedule the deliver like i chose the lory deliver and this was the only option for them. Very bad service. They don't care about appointments

Delivery was scheduled then cancelled
Delivery was scheduled then cancelled, then rescheduled but didn’t show up. I called and was told I would be refunded £63.95. The refund never came. I called again a month later. Told refund would come. It didn’t. Now it’s 7 months later and my fourth attempt to get refunded Argos are saying it’s too late!!! Utter incompetence.

Don't by anything from Argos dropshipped from Supplier!
Don't by anything from Argos that is sent directly from the supplier. If anything goes wrong the item you will be locked into a hellish purgatory or trying to get either a refund or a replacement.
Once you have battled the budget AI assistant from 2009, you will eventually transferred to a live chat and will be told that someone will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue. You won't be contacted, rinse and repeat.
Having to wait more than two weeks for contact is just poor customer service.
Very frustrating but at least I will not make the mistake of shopping here again.

I purchased the Orient Bambino watch, which turned up in great time and I was blown away by just how good it really is, so happy with my purchase and as I’m not on a huge salary the 6 months spread the cost gives me piece of mind.

False advertisement and no customer support
Terrible company, not the same when it received all of these reviews.
Collected a patio set, umbrella didn't match the set. After 3 long trips back to the store, figured out with the guy at the shop that the umbrella was falsely advertised online. Spoke to customer service to complain, nothing they can do. This is all online chat by the way, there is no phone or email for customer service. Asked to escalate to a manager, never heard back from them.
I have had a better customer support from amazon and shein than this crap company.
Never buy from them if you value your time and money, basically a scam company at this point.

Fast In Store Collection Service
Ordered a Sandisk memory card online and the item was ready to collect within minutes. Very quick and efficient system. My only negative was that the price was not competitive compared to online outlets, however, I needed the item quickly and could not wait.
